Enter to Win $25.00 G.C. For Feedback on These Possible Stamp Designs! I have 1000's of old images and now that our Vintage Postcard Kits and Creative Scraps are back from the printers I've been trying to decide what Clear Arts Stamps sets we should work on next. I love to get feedback and see what designs really excite and inspire people, so I posted a bunch. I'd love to hear which you love best, if you have any sentiments or words you think would be great to add and anything else you can think of. Of course - you don't have to answer every question, any feedback would be great!

1. Any of our products that include fun retro designs are popular so what about a retro lady stamp set? Do you like these images? What else would you like to see?
#1

#2

I think these 2 below would be fun to color. If you do, what else would you like with them?
#3

If you like this old barn drawing from 1904 what images and words would you like to see with it?

What about small frames in a office/sale set with some small funky numbers, little frames, SALE!, Received, PAID, old pens, a typewriter, or??
11.

Do you want to see more ephemera items like big keys, a big crown and? We have a Hardware set but it's 4 x 6" with smaller pieces. Do you want bigger images? Clean or all distressed looking?

Okay, I got a little carried away but I would love to hear any comments you can leave here on this blog. A winner will be announced next Sunday, Oct 11/09.

  2. Wow some great retro images. Love them all!

  3. You didn't mention these, but I think clocks would fit in with your type of stamps -- old pocket watches, grandfather clocks, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  4. I love the art deco kids -- especially the one of them in the car. Very cute, and it could be used for more than just valentine's day.

  5. I love images to color, love anything floral, love the art deco kids, would love a 57 Chevy( my husband's first car in the 70s). I can't wait to see what's in store for us Crafty Secret fans.

  9. First of all, Melissa's LO is just gorgeous! I can't wait to see what else she comes up with! Secondly, I love every single image you posted, and would use them all!!

  10. From the choices you have put up, it's hard to decide. I think they would all make fabulous sets. I really love the old trucks and would love to see someone do a great woody! Those I've seen aren't very realistic.

Oh I like what Lois said too . . . clocks, watches and then how about vintage appliances.

  11. I like #2
    I really like #9,10
You do the deco kids really really weel, no one else does.
Really like 11, can't have enough labels and these can be worked into scrapbook pages. #17, fig 8 tree, maybe some classic quotes that are from the era of the drawings.
Like #19, again maybe some kitcheny quotes from the era or find some cookbooks from the era and use a recipe as a background stamp.
I like large background stamps 4x4 or 4x6. Love text.
    hope this helps

  12. I love the second set of images - maybe add a scene for each season - these would be so fun to color!

    ReplyDelete
  13. I love your stamps and all of these are terrific. I would love any one of them. That #10 is adorable! WHat classic images, everyone of them.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I love images #3 and 4. They would be fun to color, but i see lots of 3D embellishment opportunity: gems, pearls, quilling, stitching... I can just see some red blingy apples already!

    ReplyDelete
  15. I would love to see a tree element set. Maybe 3 different tree styles and then parts that one can use to build with such as 2 styles of branches, a trunk, tiny leaves for fill-ins.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I really like 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 15.

I especially like the retro valentine kids, too cute!

    ReplyDelete
  17. I really like the ephemera (keys, clocks, etc). Love the backgrounds (quilt designs and floral) too! Love the veggies and flowers too. Oh my gosh, I can't believe I haven't stumbled upon you sooner. I just live an hour south of the border in WA!!!

  18. Wow! A lot of beautiful images! I think I like 3,4 and 8 best of all though. I can see myself using those.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I love number 10 and would like to see more vintage scenes to color.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I love background stamps and #8 is great. Also like the retro images.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I really love #9 & #10 art deco kids, anything with vintage toys, borders and flourishes would be great, distressed of course. I am mainly do scrapbooking or altered items so stamps and embellishments need to be things you can build with, not too tiny..I love all of the current lines and the cotton scraps are definitely a must love the old world style. Thanks for such great products can't wait for your new items....Terre

  22. Oh my goodness! What a lot of fun to choose from!!! I would adore the image in #4. .. images without a frame that look like the old embroidery on kitchen towels. . .LOVE THAT! The art deco kids, for valentines or not, are just awesome and would be in my basket before I could blink! And my two little boys who LOVe to stamp with me would adore antique car images! Thanks for letting me put in my two cents!

  23. I love the #1 pic. Would love to see baby and children "Dick & Jane" style as well. Maybe you have those all ready I have to look!
I really like #5 but would like the box left empty si i can put my own message in it (i.e. from the library of...quote...verse...invite...)
I would preffer #18 in a 4x6 size. So it could be used in cards, background or scrap LO's easily...
Thank you for asking what we think, that's cool!

  24. The images are great. Maybe some vintage lace that can be used as a background stamp might be nice...or letter writing items; stamps; postal marks...

  25. Sandy- All of these are super images. I am partial to the retro designs. I think image #2 would make a great wedding/anniversary set. I agree with others that the Art Deco images (#9 & #10) are adorable. The couple in the car could fit any occasion. I am always looking for vintage car images for masculine projects. I would love to see a set with old antique autos such as #13. Maybe with general sentiments for masculine b-day, thank you, etc. I also love the idea of using #20 as a "build-a-flower". The vintage images are super. I don't think I've seen anything such as this vintage variety. The fiddlehead fern is fabulous! Thanks for asking our opinion, Sandy. It really means a lot!

  26. Yikes, I am not for coloring on my cards so that would not be for me. Anything floral or Nature is perfect for me;)

I haev glanced at your co before on SCS link...so glad you are hosting a challenge today to get me out of my box. I will be back to get some of your shabby and vintage goodies.

    ReplyDelete
  27. You have a wide range of stamps to choose from and I love them all but I think my favorites are the Floral and Vintage looking ones and I would love to see some more!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I especially like the car images...always helpful for a masculine card

    ReplyDelete
  29. I love the cars! I sell cards at a classic car show and these would work beautifully! There aren't enough classic car stamps out there!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Your site is new to me and I'm very impressed so far! As to feedback...
    #2 has so much potential
#5 would be gorgeous as a 3x4 stamp
#8 would make a beautiful background stamp
    #15&16 are beautiful! Maybe a word/words separately?
#18 would be perfect in a size to make a background for an A2 card
#19&20 are both fab and to me, don't even need words!
tyvm for the opportunity to comment and maybe win some blog candy! :)

  31. I really like your idea of making a set of old cars - I liked all of the ones you have up, so couldn't decide between them. Also, I would love to see a farm set; barn, cow, chicken hen (maybe with chicks next to her), a rooster, goat, sheep (maybe a stamp of a small herd of sheep), maybe a piece of old horse drawn equipment, a butter churn possibly, a llama would be awesome, and a horse. That may be too big of a set, but those are just some ideas I would LOVE to see - I'd definitely buy a big farm set if you had it (I already have over half of the sets you have! :).)

    ReplyDelete
  32. I chose 3 I like the best...

    #4 bonnet beauty
    #5 fairy thoughts
    #8 Jacobean embroidery

I want to color every one of these!

The old 2 door car needs 2 lines drawn on the door.

  33. OMG!! 3,4, 9, 10, and the backgrounds are my favorites! I love all of the veggie and botanical images too. Cars would be AWESOME for man cards!!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Oh my goodness, have I ever been missing out on great stamps!

You mentioned antique or classic autos as a set. Personally, I love, Love, LOVE muscle cars and would be first in line to buy a set that includes *true* images of the great muscle cars - cars like a Pontiac GTO, '67-'68 Camaro, '69 Mustang, '50's era Corvette, '60' era Corvette Stingray, a Chevy Nova, '65 AC Cobra, or a Cutlass 442. Just to name a few.

  35. Stamps 5-11 win my vote! Funny, how my favorites were all bunched together!! The scene with the kids and the "interchangeable" idea for the sentiments wins my all time favorite vote, though I adore the idea of the valentines!

  36. Wow! What a wonderful collection of images! It's very difficult to choose just one or two as favorites. I'd have to go with #13 as I have family and friends who are car collectors of early and mid-20th century cars. Also would be great to have pickup truck stamps too. I also like the background stamps of #7,8 and I believe 20. I think all the florals/tree images are terrific: #16,17,18 and love the idea of more veggie stamps like in 19. #9 &10 Art Deco kids are great too. Is it possible to get Bessie Pease Gutmann images on stamps? Those would be terrific too.

  37. I love #11, #12, and #16 the best. I love the Vintage Victorian look. That is what they remind me of. There is a lot of vintage and retro out there, but not enough Victorian. I loved that era, and I would buy everything you made like that. That is why I like the images I listed because they remind me of that time. Something you would find laying around an old Victorian Painted Lady home or hanging on the walls of an old Victorian Painted Lady home. BEAUTIFUL. How about images of some old Victorian Homes.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I like images #9 and #10. They are my favorites. I like the cars, too!

    ReplyDelete
  39. There's something about the style of #3 & #4 (from the early 1900s) that makes them my favorite. Because they would both scale well to the same size, to me they beg to have a summer and winter counter part. (I'm a real image junky, and looking through a large collection of my images, found none in this style that would work, so don't know how doable that might be.)
#5 would work for Easter nicely too if the sentiments were seperate from the frame.
I love #8 as an image, but I would want to use it at a scale I've not seen in your line before. At a smaller size, it would need to be stamped in a darker ink, and then it would be too fussy for me to successfully use with other images.
    # 11's images are really neat, but I'd like to see them with all vintage office gear. I know loads of folks who have a thing for 80 to 100 year old office supplies.
The trees in #17 would all make fantastic stamps. There are so many stamps sets out there with "love, sympathy, grateful",etc., that some classic quotes like these might be nice:
"The trees that are slow to grow bear the best fruit" - Kahlil Gibran
"Do not be afraid to go out on a limb....That's where the friut is." - Anon
"The creation of a thousand forests is in one acorn." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
#19 (roots) are super cool but, I would only use the turnip and carrot, because the others are stylized enough, it would be hard to tell what they were when isolated from their fellow roots.
Your image choices always satisfy, and your's are my favorite stamps and printed papers. My all time favorite stamp set is your "Home Sweet Home".
One set of stamps that I've not seen any where, but would love to have, is a collection of classic toys from the first half of last century (spot illustration style - not catalog style) i.e. bike, checkers, sailboat, teddybear, wagon, etc. I would use these for grown up birthdays (as well as children's), birth events, children's gift cards, get well cards, and especially, Christmas.
Hope this has something useful to offer, and thank you for sharing the images, and asking us what we think! Marcie

  40. #9 is my most favorite, Love vintage images with kids. #4 and #7are also wonderful. I would love to see a set with large word images, such as "Love","Hello", "To my Friend",
"Happyiness", like 2-3 inches per word.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Oooh, I'm partial to #5. How about a set with two beautiful images (that one and another), with maybe 4 or 5 different separate sentiments that would fit in the box? So that the sentiments and artwork would be interchangeable, and very versatile? Can't wait to see what you cook up!

    ReplyDelete
  42. The challenge has been fun at SCS--thanks for doing it!

    Love Melisa's layout--it's beautiful!

VERY excited about your new stamp ideas! Love the images you posted. Love that you want to do some background stamps--great idea! Pretty much anything art deco gets my heart fluttering, but I love Victorian, too, so...! Here's what I loved--1-5, 8-11, 13 (the later vintage models!),15 (LOVE big, fat cabbage roses!), figures 7 & 8 on the trees image, 18 would be a great large background stamp! & 19.

Any thoughts of doing a holiday paper pack? That would be wonderful!

Thanks for giving us a peek!

  43. I love all the images, It is always nice to do stamp something vintage. a great selection.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Just me again! Images 4-6 reminded me that I always wish for a Nursery Rhyme type set--images from the 20's & 30's--I think that would be so fun for kids/ baby cards (or grandmas who still love those things--my Mom!) Just an idea...

    ReplyDelete
  45. All the images are great! That being said, my favorites are #3&4, reminds me of the ladies on my vintage dresser scarves, #8 would make a lovely background stamp and reminds me of the crewel work that my Mom did, $9&10 Art deco kids are very sweet and great for Valentines, Anniversary, Engagements, Bridal etc. #13 the '57 Chevy and '39 Ford would make nice "man cards" and could be used for get well, birthday etc. and last but not least the florals #15 & 16. cjgusloff57@aol.com

  46. I love your stamps and am pining over a few sets right now. :D

#5 is my favorite. I'd love a few other great images like that with other upbeat quotes.

#6. I love the barn, but would love a farmhouse with a porch, a tree with a swing, a fence, and some animals and/or a pond with a duck.

#12 is my second favorite. I'd love some antique timepieces (clocks, pocket watches) and pens (fountain, quill, etc.) to go with it.

#13: I love both cars and use the heck out of the set that I have. Sentiments: "You're a classic", "Classic & Timeless"

    #18: Truly lovely. I'd love it in 4" x 5.25" or 3.75" x 5".

    ReplyDelete
  47. I forgot to mention that I also love both of the Valentine's Day images. They're sweet and made me smile.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I love #8 for a background and the little kids for Valentine's card would be adorable. #15 and #16 are beautiful. I use my Nestabilities all the time, so anything that fits in those is always a bonus.

I've been thinking you should do a "Dick and Jane" style stamp set. I love the illustrations from those books.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I really like all the images you shared - I LOVE 9,10,11,and 13!

    ReplyDelete
  50. I would have to #5 and #10 as my favorites. I really like the graphics on #5. The picture on #10 is so cute!

    ReplyDelete
  53. I like # 1 #2 and #15 The best!! But they are all great!

    ReplyDelete
  54. I love #5 and downward. However I dont know if I would do anything with the veggi's. The barn one is realy fun - because I could open up the doors and something - but I have a thing for structures so there you go. Love the valentines. so cute.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Oh, what a bunch of lovely images!!!
My faves are 3,4,9 and 10

    ReplyDelete
  56. I especially like images 1 and 2 of the retro women...if they had funny comments, or sarcastic kind of phrases to use with them with also be fun.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I adore # 8, #15 and #161 Heck, I love all of the images...but I really have some great ideast for #8 already!

    ReplyDelete
  58. 1. Love it!
    2. Love it!
7,8. I like my background stamps to be at least 5 1/4" x 4 so that I can get a full background stamped on my cards. I love anything that gives you a feel of texture on a card.
9,10. Love the art deco kids
    11. Love the typewriter font
    12. Yes! Definitely more keys, locks, and office equipment!
    13. Later vintage models
    15. I would love single words or definitions of words. I like smaller florals that I can add as accents to cards.
    17. I like tree number 8

    Hope that helps!

  59. #1&2 ~ both are great, esp the one with the guy & gal
#3&4 ~ both are lovely, would be nice if they were seasonal (set of 4 to rep each season)
#5 ~ 3x4 - not into something that large, but would be interested in seeing a set of smaller similar images (if the images have the sayings in them I don't see the need for extra sentiments)
#6,7&8 ~ not really my style; but a nice background in the 'old' catalog or magazine style to go with images 1&2 would be great!
    #9 ~ ok
    #10 ~ super cute
    #11&12 ~ not for me
    #13 ~ ok
#14 ~ love to see more of this style
#15&16 ~ would be great with single words
    #17 ~ not for me
    #18 ~ Background size
    #19&20 ~ not for me

    Thanks for the opportunity!

  61. I'D LIKE TO SEE SOME FASHION WOMEN OF THE 20'S AND 30'S IN GLAMOUROUS POSES
I LIKE THE DECO KIDS AND KEWPIE'S AND OLD WRITING IMPLEMENTS SUCH AS CORK TIPPED PENS,INK WELLS, BLOTTER ROCKERS, WRITING SLATES WITH CHALK,OLD PILE OF LETTERS TIED WITH A RIBBON ETC. AND I ALSO LIKE THE IDEA OF DICK AND JANE WITH PUFF AND SPOT. THESE ARE ALL THINGS FROM MY ERA. I LOVE YOUR STAMPS VERY MUCH AND THANK YOU FOR ASKING US, MAYBE YOU COULD MAKE JUST A STAMP SET WITH ONLY OLD TIME QUOTES AND SAYINGS FROM THE 20'S AND 30'S AS WELL AS THE VICTORIAN ERA. AGAIN THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR INCLUDING US.

  62. Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback on ideas for upcoming stamps!

#1 & #2: I LOVE Retro images from the 50s and 60s, but am less a fan of the kitchen type images. Would love to see more images with the fashion (dresses and suits) and old fashioned type appliances (irons, coffe kettles, televisions, etc.)

#3 & #4: I enjoy these images as colorable. Vector line images are great because of their simplicity. They allow greater customization.

#5: This is sort of almost an "art deco" image. I'm not sure I would buy it as an entire image, but yes breaking it up into smaller images would be interesting--especially the Peacock. Who doesn't LOVE a good peacock?!

#6: The Barn is cute. Might include words like "Celebrating the Day You Were Barn!" for Birthday stamping or small farm animals like sheep and accompanying phrases like, "sending you warm fuzzies" or something.

#7 & #8: Background images are always great...but I prefer them in larger sizes. 4x6 sizes would be great! There seem to be plenty of floral backgrounds out there. I would like to see more things like tiny houndstooth or tiny harlequin print or even vintage (early 1900) English and French newsprint!

#9 & #10 are adorable! Would make super cute Valentine image stamps!

#11 & #12: love these little frames and they'd go great with Modern #20 typeface font and words like you suggest: PAID, etc. Also might include a french plume and oil barrel, french script? Anytime I get more "hardware" images (bigger WOULD be great!), I'm happy!

#13 & #14: Both types of cars are great, but I prefer the antique vintage to the retro images.

#15 & #16: These images and your word ideas are PERFECT! Don't change a thing! Gorgeous.

    #17: I like trees #5 and #7.

#18: This image would make a great 4x6 background image or even a circular image.

#19 & #20: I really enjoy both of these plates of images. The vegetables are fantastic, but I really don't know how I would use them! Conversely, however, I can TOTALLY see using the flower images and especially the daffodils. Could you include some mums, too in that set?!

    Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Like the retro's but I am not a fan of coloring. Love the barn but it would be hard to color. Really like the veggies, I think they would even be worth coloring if they were not too big. Trees are always great.

  64. Hi!

I like: #11-mayber an ink well & a stamp of a rubber stamp with a handle.

#19-Words like "Garden Fresh", "Farm Fresh", "From the Garden of:", "Market Stand"

    #20 I ALWAYS like Flowers!!!

    #16 BEAUTIFUL DESIGN!!!!

  65. Looking forward to seeing more of Melissa's wonderful creations!
Just as a quick overview images I enjoyed 1,5, bkgd both sizes and styles, 9, 10, 11, (typewriter fonts and keys), 13 better then 14,15,16, and 19 - sentiments that deal with sympathy, thinking of you , in our thoughts and prayer ect. Can't wait to see what you come up with! Thanks for letting us share our thoughts (I love to brainstorm) and the chance to play!

    ReplyDelete
  66. Oops the sentiments I shared were to go with the tree images (17) which I did enjoy : ). Sorry about that!

    ReplyDelete
  67. My favorites were 1,5,9, 10 - they were all really cute! On 5 it would be cool to have different sentiments that could be stamped in the center.

  68. I like Nos. 3 and 4 - fun to color and they could have words like "rushing by to say .. Hi, Happy B-day, ett., wish big, dream and do,.."
My fav is No. 6 the barn! You could make a banner that hangs in the big open space and various words could fit in the banner - home like words "welcome home, home sweet home, down on the farm, where you raised in a barn?...!"

  70. 5, 8, 11, 12, 19 . . . there I wrote down the numbers of the ones that jumped out at me before I Forgot them! LOL! I came on the blog to find out if you were offering a WCMD discount, I have a few :) items in my shopping cart and then found this poll! :) Looking forward to seeing your future releases.

  71. I love the retro images. Large hardware and keys would be wonderful, maybe a mix of clean and distressed? Classic cars are great, especially for masculine cards (Father's Day, etc). An office set with maybe an old ripped invoice would be wonderful too. :)

  72. LOVE image #18 and would LOVE to see it as a 4x6. I also love both vintage and classic car images.

  73. those first two vintage women make housekeeping look like fun, but i really like the botanicals at the bottom.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I LOVE #1 & 2! Those are probably my favorite. I am a big fan of the vintage housewife images and the great poses of the women. My first CS set I bought was Coffee & Tea, mainly b/c of the two women in the stamp set.
I really enjoy any of those type of vintage images, not just limited to the housewives, but also vintage-type advertisements (like #2). I agree with the previous poster about different decade women in vintage attire. These stamp images aren't readily available.

I also really like the bonnet girls. I am a quilter and they remind me of the Sunbonnet Sue blocks in old quilts. Would LOVE to color these!

I'm with everyone else on the art deco kids. These are awesome. Would love a whole set - but not just valentine related. Maybe just kids playing too. Some silhouette images maybe?

I don't like the barn. It's non-realistic and looks more like generic clip art to me.

I'm also not to moved by the ephemera-type items. I like the key posted, but the market is saturated with these types of stamps, especially at LSS and chain stores. I come to CS to get things I can't get locally.

I like the botanical images, but don't know that I would choose them above the other retro & art deco images.

Thanks for letting us give feedback! I'd have all of your stamp sets if I could afford to buy them all!!

  75. Oh I love 1, 2, 9, and 10. I love all the old advertising signage. What a wonderful thing to get everyones feedback. Thank you for the chance to win.

  76. I absolutely love the Deco Kids. (#10) I would snatch them up in a second, so adorable. I like a previous posters idea of the old DIck and Jane and spot images also.
#13- I love your idea of the old car classics. "Crusing by to say hi for that chevy" The antique cars have been way overdone by too many comapnies so I would not vote for those.
#6 Love the idea of the barn/s but not that barn per say. More like old weathered barns... "Sending you warm memories..." "Sweet lazy days of summer"
Last of all the retro ladies are all fun abnd I love all of them.

  77. 1 & 2. LOVE these images. It's one of the reasons I buy your stamps is for the retro stuff.

3 & 4 Seem a bit too detailed to color in regularly (it would take me forever) but I like the style.

    5. LOVE the saying. A set of sayings like it would be nice.

    6. The barn is neat. Perhaps some construction or tools/plans for men?

    8. Would be great as a 5 x 7 background stamp.

    13. I have been wanting a classic cars set for a while, but hope for one with American classic cars from the "golden era" of the 50s and 60s. Familiar cars like Corvette, Mustang, etc. Stampin up had a couple of classic car sets but they had foreign cars, which aren't as familiar to people (at least in the USA).

    15. I love this floral image. Sentiments about gardening would be great "love started in a garden," etc.

Thank you for the chance to give input.

  78. These are all cool in there on way. The ones I like the best are..

2 - could so see using that for weddings
5 - just LOVE, reminds me of my childhood and books I had
10 - again could see for couple cards like weddings, anniversaries & such

  79. They all look fun! My favs are 5, 9, 11, and 17. LOVE the fig. 4 art nouveau type tree!! I'd love to see another big Halloween set and more storybook/fairytale images. Also, I'd love to see a Crafty Secrets version of a nouveau mermaid set with an ocean theme!

Your generousity with the SCS challenge is SO amazing!!

  82. #17 is my absolutely favorite! They are unique. When can I purchase them?? lol The art deco kids in the car is priceless.

  83. I really love # 7 & 8, I don't really do Valentine so my mind went to other ideas to use these.
    # 6 Barn, love the idea of cute barn animals, sheep, pig, chicks, pony, maybe the word Orchard crates of fruit..something to go with a theme of a visit to the farm or Orchard.
Flowers - anything botanical, Iris, Pheony,Dog Rose, Poppy etc. and a vintage banner in the set would be nice.
The cars would be nice as a set, maybe a road map included.
Anything Art Deco, Sea or Cruise related maybe. Ladies images to fill in, not sure.
I know you didn't ask but it would be wonderful to see a Saint Patricks day set of the Heartwarming Cuts.

  84. I LOVE retro and anything vintage. Your artists do a wonderful job with your images!!! I'd love to see more cooking themed stamp sets, perhaps with a Christmas theme to them - gingerbread cookies, rolling pins in a medium size. I also love flowers and would enjoy more sets with those. Thanks for asking!

  85. Hi! Since I love your stamps, I thought I would offer my two cents!
    1. Love the retro, would like to see some background stamps w/ retro feel. 3 & 4: those look very easy to color! I like the feel of these! 6: Maybe "Get ready for a barn dance!"; or something about Old McDonald. Maybe have some farm animals accompany the barn and maybe make another stamp of the barn but w/ some of the doors and windows open so we could have animals peeking out. 7: I like 7 better than 8. It says Crafty Secrets to me. 9. & 10. I love both of them!!! 11. This would be really cool! Maybe a "created By" for the backs of cards. Or an alphabet to use in the spaces. 13 & 14: I like the second car under 13. To me this is the type of car that really goes w/ the vintage feel that you still seek in your stamp collection. 15. Maybe a small one and a larger one. I can see this on stationery, as a background paper maker, or the main image on a card. 16. Not as versatile as 15. 17. THANK YOU for making clouds!!!!! I like the top Right tree, No. 7, & No. 8.
    19. LOVE the veggies!!!! Can you make more?

Whatever you all come up with, it will be wonderful!

  86. I would love #18 and #8 as large background stamps!
#9 is a perfect Valetine's Day set...love anything with the Crafty Secrets kids.
    #5 perfect in a 3X4 image
Every one of the samples are great and I am sure there would be favs for every stamper!

  87. My very favorite are #9 & #10. Those kids are just toooo cute!
I also like the idea of some kitchen type items to use with recipe cards --- vintage type cooking utensils, maybe old cookie jars!

  88. #1 -- I love any retro women images, as a quilter I'd like to see a sewing image included.
#8 I'd love to see this as a big background stamp, 4x5-ish.
    9&10 -- LOVE THESE!!!
19&20 -- these don't really interest me at all. Just not my style, I guess.

Thanks for letting us give our feedback!

  89. I'm in love with practically everything on your list but my favorites are #3, 4, 8, 11, 12, 15, 16, and 19. The ephemera is gorgeous and the vintage veggies are to die for! I have never seen such beautifully designed veggies...and the background stamp #8 is stunning! Your entire selection is divine.

  98. Just found your blog....lUV it! I know it's late, but I LOVED #9 and #10 ...a couple of cuties!!

    ReplyDelete
  99. I Love #1 as it is, #3,4,5,& 15 would make absolutely beautiful 3D cards. On $6, (the barn) maybe you could add a pitchfork and a bale of hay and also maybe a broken bale of hay so if you wanted to cut the upper doors open on the barn you could have some hay falling from there. #12 is gorgeous as is and #14 & 14 are ideal stamps to make cards for men. All of the images are amazing.
