Wood Album Sale
New Domestic Goddess Sheet Backs

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to our 5th day of celebrations! Today you can enter to win DT Member Marisa Grosson’s $50.00 Crafty Secrets Gift Certificate and see the 2 gorgeous cards she created with our
NEW Birdies at Home stamp set which I will show you tomorrow. To enter, just leave a comment HERE on Marisa's blog and she will announce the winner tomorrow morning!

Marisa has been a valued member of our Design Team since late 2008 and has designed 100’s of wonderful samples! Today I’m going to share a few of my favorites but she has created so many fabulous cards I encourage you have a look HERE in Marisa's blog gallery! She does amazing work with scissors and loves to layer many of her designs. Look at the incredible ‘stair step accordion card’ she designed using our Birthday Kids stamp set!
I put it in a little wooden shadow box to protect it and cropped the photo so you can see the detail.

Marisa’s Bio
I was born and raised in the Philippines, were I lived for 26 years. I have four wonderful children. I currently work in banking as an analyst and in my spare time enjoy making cards and occasionally scrapbooking. I was introduced into scrapbooking about 5 years ago by my sister who lives in San Fransisco. I started off with just a few supplies and now I have a room to myself for all my stuff. I converted the extension of my laundry area to a haven for my scrapbooking and card making.
On this card, I adore the way Marisa stamped the 3 ladies from the Sew Special stamp set and colored them different. The dress form on this set looks so cute with matching colors and and the little 'belt' she added!

The colors Marisa used here with our Wine Lover Clear Art Stamps on her wine & cheese invitation are so perfect for that Tuscany feel and I love the way she cut out the the cheese, bottle and top of the glasses for the 3D effect.

Today for our free vintage printable gift, I have this wonderful daisy flower frame from an antique book! Just left click on the image and you may have to do it a twice to get it as big as possible and then right click it with your mouse to save it to a picture file for personal use only please.

Look at this adorable baby album DT member Melissa Phillips created using a kit from Emma's Paperie that includes our Baby Girl Stickers. You can get all the details and see the other pages HERE on Melissa's blog. Note- the album and other supplies are not our products but we will have our our chipboard album with a similar style back in stock next week.

We wanted to have another special for you today! We've lowered the price on all our Wood Clipboard Albums to $4.95 to clear out excess stock. Plus - from now until May 1/10 if you order a Wood Clipboard Album, you can choose either a free sheet of our Fairy Enchanting or our What's Cooking Heartwarming Vintage Cardstock Stickers! Just put your choice in the message box on the Shopatron store if you order.

Look at this beautiful fairy album DT leader Vicki Chrisman designed with the Wood Clipboard Album, Fairy Stickers and the cover paper is from our Pastel Paper Pad. The album has 2 faux vintage clips printed on cardstock, 2 binder rings and 2 wood covers that you can paint, stain or cover with paper.

Here is another project Vicki designed using just one of the wood pieces, our Cooking stickers and our Little Chef stamp set. To make the clip, she simply attached the rolling pin sticker to a wood clothes pin to hold recipe cards and used magnetic tape on the back so it could also be used as a clipboard on a fridge. Vicki has a bunch of her favorite samples she has created for us HERE on her blog right now!

Okay, now I want to show you how fabulous the back side of our Domestic Goddess Creative Scraps tuned out that we had re-printed! These have been one of our top selling products and now they are even cooler and the sug. retail price of $3.50 won't change!

There is one tiny problem - we just found 4 cases of the original ones that we have to sell before we release these new ones, so they will only be available in our Shopatron Store HERE until Monday morning, May 3/10. The new double sided ones will debut at CHA in July for stores to order. But I just had to offer them during this celebration as I've been hyping them up to you all week!

These sheets are scored in the center and fold out 18" long. You can see one of the back side pages here below.

Here is the other back page and I just LOVE the way these turned out and think our graphic designer Cindy van Koll did and amazing job! We are madly at work now creating back pages for all the rest of our Creative Scraps and they will debut at the CHA Show in July as well.

Okay, that's it until tomorrow - when we have our Design Team Photo Challenge and 5 of our DT ladies will announce the winners from their giveaways so if you haven't entered yet, time is running out! Then, 5 more DT ladies will start their $50.00 giveaways tomorrow for a Crafty Secrets Gift Certificate and show off their creations!

Following is a link to the designers blogs. If you missed entering the current giveaways (to enter simply leave a comment) you still can HERE on Deborah's blog and HERE on Pam's and Michele Kovack's and Here on Julie's Blog and

Day 4 Blog Giveaways, Vintage Printable, Inspiration & Calendar Scrap Images!

Julie Campbell’s Samples & her $50.00 Blog Giveaway
Today’s Free Vintage Mother & Child Printable
More Inspiring Samples
See Our New Seasonal Calendar & Sew Nice Scraps!

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to our 4th day of celebrations! Today you can enter to win DT Member Julie Campbell’s $50.00 Crafty Secrets Gift Certificate HERE on her blog and check out her new gorgeous photo projects!

Julie Campbell joined our Design Team about 3 months ago but she had been using our products much longer. In fact I use to joke that she was our #1 customer and I’m so happy she joined our team! She adores all things vintage with a special fondness for shabby & retro kitchen/cooking styles like this cute card she created using our Domestic Goddess Scraps.

Julie’s Bio
I'm a SAHM--kinda. I've been married for 21 years to a wonderful man who supports everything I do. I have three beautiful, very loving daughters and we live in central California near the coast. I work during the spring and fall as a park naturalist teaching children about the local plants and animals. I'm inspired by all things vintage and love stamping, cardmaking, reading, British period movies and family history.

It was hard for me to pick favorites but I have a couple more to share. On this card love the way Julie created a layered 3D tole style by stamping one of the art deco style cottages from our Home Sweet Home Stamps multiple times and using water color crayons to color with.

She created this adorable little altered fairy girl card using one of the girls from our Little Dolls Image & Journal Notes Booklets and used some of the swirly stamps from our Cherubs stamp set to stamp a background. The sheet music paper is from our Radiant Paper Pad.

Today, our free Vintage Printable Gift for you is this old etching from a 1890's book I have and I thought with Mothers day coming it would be a great addition to our vintage printables. Just left click on the image and you may have to do it a twice to get it as big as possible and then right click it with your mouse to save it to a picture file.

I'm also posting this wonderful poem we have from last Mothers Day in case you missed it. Just follow the instructions listed above to save it for personal use only please. * Note: I'm back because it won't get larger, so you can get it HERE on our website, you just need to scroll down the bar on the left side to find it.

Here is a pretty Mothers Day card Marlene Bender created last year with the poem above, so you can see how great it will work as an outside or inside sentiment or on a scrapbook page! We have plans to create a special stamp set just for mothers in the future.

When I was searching through my files I came across this lovely frame that DT leader Vicki Chrisman created a few years ago of her mother using alphabet letters from our Divine Alphabet Book. We are discontinuing our alphabet booklets and they are all on sale for $1.95 HERE. I just found out that we have limited quantities of Divine Booklets left but their are still several of the others sale.

I also want to show you this adorable 3D Shadow Box baby announcement DT leader Vicki Chrisman created using the Portrait Die she designed for Accucut and that we sell in kits HERE. You have to click HERE to see the inside on Vicki's blog and how cute and easy these would be for special family & friends.
I have a list of stores that have the dies but I haven't be able to get it to load properly on the blog so I will get it added to our website. Many stores that carry Accucut dies will let you use them as long as you buy the paper from them.

I also have a third pretty mermaid card that DT member Marisa Grosson just finished using our Mermaid Stamps. I love this technique she used to stamp all the shells from the set on vellum, color them, cut them out and emboss them! You can get the step by step details HERE on Marisa's blog.

I want to show you how cool the back side our Calender Creative Scraps turned out! You can see both sides below and then the back sides of them under this picture.

Our Creative Scraps are 18" long when folded out and the little calendars pages work for all of 2010 or all of 2012. Many people told us they often used the little calenders and images on cards so we decided to include larger images on the back side to make them even more versatile. I think our graphic designer Cindy van Koll did an amazing job designing the backs of all 3 of our Creative Scraps.

This is the other calendar back side- pg 2

Here is a pretty little calendar booklet DT member Melissa Phillips designed using some of our original Calender Scraps with a mix of other supplies and you can see more pages and get the details HERE on Melissa's blog. The new double printed Calender Scraps will and Sew Nice Creative Scraps will start shipping tomorrow!

I will be back tomorrow with a link to DT Member Marisa Grosson's $50.00 giveaway and she is creating a card with our brand NEW Birdies at Home Clear Art Stamp set and I will show this fabulous new set tomorrow!
Following is a listing of the dates of our giveaways and a link to the designers blogs. If you missed entering the current giveaways (to enter simply leave a comment) you still can HERE on Deborah's blog and HERE on Pam's and Michele Kovack's and Here on Julie's Blog

Photo Contest Recap (you can submit)

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to our 3rd day of celebrations! Today you can enter to win DT Member Michele Kovacks $50.00 Gift Certificate HERE on her Blog and see all of the other fabulous pages in this wonderful Album she created about her home. This album is one of my new favorite’s of Michele’s work. The little details and color arrangement with glimpses into different rooms in her house make it a special keepsake! She used lots of our Clear Art Stamps and paper from our Earthy Paper Pad. The only sad news is we just sold out of Earthy and only have Classic, Pastel and Radiant left.

Michele lives in IL with her husband, son, daughter and little dog and leads a busy life as a grade 5 teacher. She is also a passionate stamper and paper crafter with a popular blog and currently designs samples for us, as well as Noel Mignon, JustRite, and Cutting Cafe'. She is also a past designer for Bitten By the Bug, Sweet & Sassy, Treehouse Stamps and Tuscan Rose. She has been designing samples for us since early 2008 and I just saw 140 samples you can see HERE in her blog gallery! I have a few to share today and it was so hard to pick but I decided to show one of her tutorials, a great Copic colored card and a little layout.

On this tutorial Michele used Texture Magic Paste on these 2 cards she created using our Seaside stamps to form the star fish and seashell and added sand while it was wet. You can click HERE to read her tutorial and see how she also iced one of our cupcake stamps and made a festive border on a birthday card with bead sprinkles.

With so much interest in Copic Markers, I choose this adorable birthday card Michele designed using our Mouse Party Stamp set. She is a certified Copic designer and has mastered the art of using them as well as the air brush they sell. I love the way she merged her colors together with the air brush! You can get the details with a list of the colors HERE

I also really like this mini layout Michele designed with a favorite photo of her daughter Courtney and the way she used the lily of the valley stamps from our Fairyland stamp set. With the photo cropped the joy on her daughters face just jumps out and her colors are soft and don’t overtake. Get the details HERE.

Today we have 2 free printables! I found this lovely poem below in an old book and wanted to post it before May! Left click it with your mouse and when large, right click to save it to a picture file. ** Note: These images have given me grief today as they would not get bigger when clicked on. I deleated and reloaded the BIG files and hopfully it works now. * Try #2 didn't work - so please click HERE to get them in this new post!

Have you ever seen rolled paper beads? I use to own a pin made with them and thought it would be fun to share this instruction sheet from a 1918 book. I will show you a sample tomorrow! Follow the instructions listed above to save this for personal use only please.

DT member Marisa Grosson designed another new card using a different stamp from our Mermaid set and this little mermaid looks so sweet! You can get all the details HERE on Marissa’s blog.

DT Member Flo Teixeira designed this super pretty card using the strawberry image from our Homemade Booklet and you can see the entire card HERE on Flo's blog. She has an English translator on the right side of her blog and lives in the French countryside. I would love to pay her a visit!

Look at this awesome sample DT member Julie Campbell created including with our Material Girl Stamp set (on special for $2.99 or order over $50.00 and you will automatically get a set). Click HERE to get Julie's details and see the cool card she made created with our new Car Classics Set.

I mentioned yesterday we have a NEW Creative Scrap sheet called SEW NICE and we are reprinting our Calendar and Domestic Goddess Scraps with double sides also! Here is a peek of the front & back side of the Sew Nice sheet, which is scored and folds out to 18” long! So many of the images will work great double sided like the fairy needle case and tags. All 3 sets are on press right now and will be available to order May 1st!

I have so much stuff posted here, I'm going to show you the back of the Calendar Creative Scraps tomorrow and Domestic Goddess Scraps on Friday. Plus I will get bigger images so you can see them better!

You have to go see the stunning altered birdy project DT leader Vicki Chrisman created HERE with the birdy from our Birds & Blossoms' Scraps and check out her junk store photos!

Day 2 Blog Giveaways, Free Vintage Printable, New Samples & Calendar Scraps!

Fav Pam Hooten Samples & her $50.00 Blog Giveaway
Our New Photo Challenge Contest
Today’s Vintage Ephemera Paper Printable Gift
More Inspiring Samples

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to our 2nd day of celebrations! Today you can enter to win DT Member Pam Hooten’s $50.00 Gift Certificate
HERE on her Blog and see more of this cool card she created with our NEW Car Classics Stamp Set! I love the way Pam did the little flags and added the map stamp and tiny cars! I think this set will be popular for Fathers Day and we had so many people ask for a vintage car stamp set!

Here is a pic of the new SL30 Car Classics Clear Art Stamp Set. These just arrived and are shipping to stores now, so you can ask your fav store to order it in for you. If you use our store locator HERE, please call ahead to make sure they have what you want in stock.

Pam has been on our Design Team since 2007 and she has created so many fantastic samples, so I’m going to share a couple of my favorites today but there are so many, so you can see lots more HERE in Pam’s gallery!
Here’s Pam’s little Bio so you can learn more about her:
Pam lives in Arkansas with her husband and has worked in the insurance business for 20 years. She is a past member of several design teams, including the Dirty Dozen Alumni on Splitcoaststampers and is also a current DT member for Our Craft Lounge and is a published
paper crafter. Her favorite past times are rummaging through junk stores, flea markets, antique stores and putting stamps and ink to paper!

I adore this picture frame Pam designed with her baby photo using paper from our Classic Paper Pad (ooops, I said Pastel earlier) and our Cherub Stamp set

I also love this plain wood box Pam altered using our Bird Lover Stamps!

Here is a great card Pam created using our other men’s Clear Art Stamp set called Favorite Fella’s

Okay, now I will explain about this weeks CONTEST. Every week the ladies over at Splitcoast take turns hosting a Crafty Secrets Challenge and this week Marcy Talbert is hosting and asking you to use a photo or photos with any Crafty Secrets products. You can make a scrapbook page, framed piece, mixed media canvas, altered clipboard...the sky's the limit. The winning project will receive $65.00 in prizes which I will show tomorrow or they can pick their own goodies!

Marcy posted all the DETAILS HERE with the code so you can post your entry in a special Crafty Secrets Gallery over at Splitcoast. It’s free to enter and a winner will be announced this Sat, May 1st, so get busy and have fun! If you don’t own any of our products, you can use any of our Free Vintage Printables like these 3 that I offered yesterday HERE.

Marcy hasn’t finished her sample yet but look at this wonderful layout she created last year using images from our Garden and Travel Scraps! You can click HERE to see the Gallery where people will be posting their entries.

Today our Free Printable Vintage Printable is an old Times Table from the 1800’s and not only is it super handy – it makes a great piece of ephemera paper you can print on any color paper and ink it up and distress it even more! I had some problems getting this to load so we have a link HERE to download it if it won’t get larger when you left click the image with your mouse.

I also saw this beautiful Mermaid card DT Marisa Grosson just designed using our Mermaid Stamps and I love the colors and tiny pearls she added. You can get all the details HERE on Marissa’s blog.

You also have to check out this very cool idea HERE on DT Leader Vicki Chrisman's blog that she got to turn one of our Chipboard Houses into a cover for a vase of flowers!

Okay, come back tomorrow and I will show you the new backsides of 3 of our Creative Scraps, Calendar, Domestic Goddess and a NEW sheet called Sew Nice! Plus we will have another giveaway you can enter and lots more goodies to inspire your creativity!

You just have to incorporate a photo into your project and you can create a layout, card, mini album or surprise us! I will announce all the contest posting details tomorrow morning!

Our first heartwarming vintage printable gift is a full page of pretty ladies from a 1913 Catalog. I love the detail on their dresses, teeny (I wish) waists and I think they would be fun to color! Just use your mouse to left click each image and when they get big, right click it to save it to a picture file. These images are copyrighted and for personal use only please.

The second gift is a nice poem for Mother’s Day from one of my old greeting cards. The third, is an old vintage envelope style postcard I thought might work well with the poem. Just follow the instructions listed above to save it to your computer.

Finally, I want to show you our NEW Material Girl Clear Art Stamp Set! This is a small stamp set 3” x 4” with 11 separate stamps and it stamps fantastic but the black sticker label on the carrier sheet turned out dark, so until the new sets arrive we have them on sale HERE for $2.99 - instead of $7.50! Plus any Shopatron order over $25.00 will get this stamp set free!

Look at this wonderful little sewing notions kit DT leader Vicki Chrisman created using this stamp set! You can see more details HERE on Vicki’s blog.

Here's a shipping tag Vicki stamped using the Material Girl Stamp set. If you stamp the 'Best Quality Cotton' card image' on cardstock and cut it out, it actually works great to wrap with little bits of fiber or ribbon.

Okay, don’t forget to enter DT Member Deborah March’s $50.00 Giveaway HERE on her blog and be sure to come back each day to enter the others!

I will be back tomorrow morning with more news and fun!
