Creating Buttons Video, Sew Fun Ideas, Videos and Reminder!

Hi Everyone,

I'm posting a day later than planned but if you saw all of the new projects we have underway you might scream (happily)!  Today I have a variety of button and sewing theme samples to show you, including this link to DT leader Vicki Chrismans video on creating buttons with an Button Maker from  http://epiphanycrafts.com as well as some other fun button ideas.  Look at this wonderful mini layout Vicki created with 2 of the buttons she made using images from our Little Blessings Scraps!

I love this idea where she punched a hole in the front of her card to show the button she glued inside to create a really sweet card card for a friend. They have a punches that add holes and others just punch the shape with epoxy shapes to match. I'm itching to make little buttons for a cardigan sweater.

But my favorite idea is how Vicki used our double sided Little Blessing Scraps to punch images with a little circle punch and add 2 of the sticky epoxy circles to create double sided charms. She punched a tiny hole using a Cropadile punch and added jump rings. My head was spinning thinking of all the charms you could make and hang from bracelets, key rings, zipper pulls and all kinds of projects!

Vicki added images from our Domestic Goddess Scraps to these Fancy Pants buttons below.  If you don't want the double sided we still have some single sided left on SALE HERE
You can watch the video and get all the 'button details' HERE on Vicki's Blog

Now I have a lovely little sewing album to show you that DT member Melissa Phillips created using a variety of products including our Sew Nice Scraps. These are newer and never were single sided and they are so popular we just had to get them re-printed.

You can see the entire album and get all the details HERE on Melissa's Blog

Melissa also created this fun card with an image from our Sew Nice Scraps.  The little Hello Banner is made with Jenni Bowlen stickers but you could also use our Artsy Banner stamp set with a mini alphabet stamps.  You can get the details HERE on Melissa's Blog.

Look at how cute the dress form on the Sew Nice Scraps looks here on the sign that Christina, a customer, created for her craft room.  She cut it out and mounted it on chipboard and I love how she made a little belt for her brass charms. You can see the sign HERE on Christina's Blog.

I posted a bunch videos using our products HERE at the end of this post but I think the most viewed one is a Sewing Tag that Rose created HERE, which is fun to watch as she speeded up the tape and goes fast to music! I was so impressed I sent Rose some goodies and she's made a few great videos now and will be back as a guest designer after things settle down with our current Online Wholesale Trade Show madness - which lasts until Feb 2/11 for retailers who sign up.

Another customer Rina used both our Sew Nice and Material Girl Clear Art Stamp sets to create this great layout and she explains who she did it HERE in this youtubevideo.

If you didn't see our NEW Little Boy or Little Girl Stamp Sets, or the Idea Postcards we are doing HERE is the LINK and you can leave a comment to be entered to WIN a $40.00 Gift Certificate. Random.org will draw a winner which I will post tomorrow night!

Wishing you joy & creativity
