I have also the names of the 5 random winners from last week but I want everyone to pick their favorite stamp sets, so I don’t mind if the winners choose other stamps. I've found every ones address except for Susan Dally, so does anyone know her?  If yes, can you please have her email

Congratulations to:
Day 1 was # 209 Susan Dally, 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small stamp set.
Day 2 was #24 Sylvia’s Treasures 1 large and 1 medium set
Day 3 was #177, Carol's Inkspot 1 large and 1 medium set
Day 4 was #7, Evegina from S. Africa  1 large and 1 medium set
Day 5 was #32 Linda from Works from the Attic  1 large and 2 small sets

I have to say, I love the Windows Live Writer free program for creating blogposts because it has cool editing features built in.  It would have take so much space to list these random.org winners and instead you can add multiple images to 1 box and display them different ways. But - does anyone know if you can sort them? It bugs me the numbers aren't in order
View 5 Winners from Daily Giveaways!

I sure hope these Garden Chore Calendar pages get larger when you click them on. Then you can right click it to save it to a picture file. They are from an old magazine from 1920 and the print quality isn't great but I thought they had some great tips & poems. Please remember these are for personal use, not to sell or add to CD's. Thanks

If you enjoy any of the DT ladies posts today I know they would love to hear from you!

Wishing you joy & creativity!

Day 4 Preview Summer 2011 Clear Art Stamps Release, Giveaway and More!

Hi Everyone,

Today is Day 4 Debut of 2 more NEW Clear Art Stamp Sets – SL43 Antique Trims and SM42 Lacey Patterns  which you can enter to win just by leaving a comment here on this blog post!  Each day (July 11-15) I will be showing at least 2 NEW Clear Art Stamp Sets and doing a giveaway, so be sure to come back and check them all out! You have all week to leave comments and 5 Winners will be announced Mon, July 18 on our next DT Challenge "New Product Show Offs & Techniques!
Online Wholesale Show & Specials (for stores runs July 18-25). Please tell your fav retailer to sign up! We have great bonuse$!

SL43 Antique Trim is a large 6 x 8” set with 8 amazing border stamps in a variety of themes from old world Victorian lace to retro classic styles. The detail on the antique lace is amazing! The stamps run from over 1” to 1/2” wide.

SL43 Antique Trims-Web1

I was so happy to see DT member Heidi Blankenship received her new stamps and whipped up this card so I could show you a sample using Antique Trims. She also used Vintage Silhouettes ( a set I showed on Day 1) and you can still leave a comment there to be entered to win those sets!

AntiqueLace&VintageSilohouettes-Heidi

You can see the close up detail below where Heidi stamped 2 different stamps from our Antique Trim Stamp Set. You can get all her details and see more photos HERE on Heidi's Blog.

We need to create a Stamping 101 Tips Section with tutorials and stamping tips &  tricks. It’s very helpful to use a stamping ‘mat’ of some kind for large stamps like these. I proof all our draft stamps on an open coil notebook as the surface is large and provides a nice cushion to give the entire area good contact.  A mouse pad or a good craft mat also works great. I will post some helpful & inspiring video stamp links tomorrow. Plus - Our DT Challenge: New Product Show Offs & Techniques is Mon, July 18/11.

Celebrate -Life-1

SM42 Lacey Patterns will be a new medium 4 x 6” Clear Art Stamp Set which has 13 very pretty designs perfect for repeating to create pattern paper and designs. Each of the larger stamps is over 1.5” and there is a stitching border and 7 assorted matching stamp designs to build and create with.

Look at these pretty papers that DT Leader Vicki Chrisman stamped with the Lacey Pattern Set to show how you can stamp on any color paper to suit your project. Then imagine different colored inks, embossing and other techniques. Plus – Vicki has her Jewelry Ideas Post HERE and a Giveaway that you can enter!

Now I have some other projects to show you, like this beautiful card that DT Member Debbie Marcinkiewicz created using papers and a pink photo frame from our CD with our Love Mail Scraps. You can see details HERE on Debbie’s Blog.

Check out this fabulous Bottle of Blessings card that DT Member Gini Cagle created with our  Message on a Bottle Stamp Set HERE on her Blog!  Gini is brave with her colors and I love to see the contrast she creates with her projects.

How about this great digi layout that DT Member Victoria Warren-Mears created using our CD, Creating with Vintage Patterns. I’m still amazed at how 3D the digi layouts look. Plus, I love the fact you can easily change your projects while working on them without making a mess and re-use your favorite patterns and embellishments! ALSO GO LOOK AT VICTORIA'S VERY CUTE NEW LAYOUT JUST POSTED!

Digi-Victoria-Guy-Layout

DT Member Jan Hennings sent me this photo today showing how she made pretty seat covers for 2 of her doll chairs and a little stool by printing patterns from the CD on fabric. We will have in depth tips and inspiring ideas for on printing on fabric soon.

Lastly, I wanted to show you this fabulous travel mug that Cindy van Koll (our head graphic designer) stamped on a Copco Mug she bought for $5.00 at JoAnns recently. They are BPA free, microwavable and dishwasher safe and the plastic lid snaps on. They feel like smooth ceramic and Cindy used StazOn ink with our Bird Notes, Wild Flowers and Mini Memories Stamp sets and Copic Markers to color with.

NOTE:  Always stamp off any extra ink and clean stamps right after using StazOn inks. It has a solvent base in the ink (much higher in their cleaner). Their inks are all amazing but we use baby wipes and warm soapy water with a soft toothbrush after using StazOn (rather than their cleaner).

Day 3 Preview July 2011 Clear Art Stamps Release, Giveaway and More!

Hi Everyone,

Today is Our Day 3 Peek at 2 more fabulous NEW Clear Art Stamp Sets - SL44 Let’s Play Ball and SM43 Golf Time - which you can enter to win just by leaving a comment here on this blog post!  Each day (July 11-15) I will be showing at least 2 NEW Stamp Sets and doing a giveaway, so be sure to come back and check them all out! You have all week to leave comments and 5 Winners will be announced Mon, July 18 on our next DT Challenge "New Product Show Offs & Techniques!  Our Online Wholesale Show & Specials (for stores is July 18-25).

SL44 Play Ball is a large 6 x 8” Clear Art Stamp Set with 15 big stamps and  amazing detail. To give you an idea of size, the bat is 3.5”, ball is 1.5”, boy is over 3” and ticket is 3.25”L x 1.5H. You can create a scene with the pitcher and batter, stamp the star in red and blue to create a border or background, or stamp the little smiley face on the small ball. The big ticket and player card paired with the words and extras make this a great set for creating baseball layouts, cards and keepsakes for your favorite ball player!

Look at this fantastic card from DT Member Julie Campbell! I love the inked and weathered baseball card and the way she re-stamped the ball player again and layered him. Papers are from our new CD, Creating with Vintage Patterns.

PlayBall-Card-JulieC

SM 43 Golf Time is a 4 x 6” medium set with 14 separate stamps for creating fun cards, layouts and keepsakes for golf lovers! The sentiments make this a perfect set for guy cards but we did squeeze in ‘Queen of the Green’ (which fits on the flag). I love the RX: “Take your iron and live on greens”, or “You’re Tee-riffic” , “Fore Someone Better than Par “, and my fav…    “Relax…you’re age is still lower than your score”. You can stamp the grass to create a little scene, add the tee and stamp the ball  in ‘GOlf’.  The golf shorts will be fun to color, or stamp and paper piece. Samples soon as our DT are just receiving these sets.

Okay, if you follow this blog - did you notice any difference today?  I downloaded Windows Live Writer (DT Member Heidi Blankenship recommended)  Blogging has always been hard for me but after my computer downloaded a bunch of security updates – it has been TORTURE! It seems like this free program will make it much easier.

Many of you may know DT Member Jan Hennings as she is active in so many paper crafting groups but you may not know her home suffered tornado damage recently and she is ok but hasn’t had internet. She was feeling bad at not being able to post and I’ve been meaning to show this great card she created using the inside of our new Mini Vintage Creative Scraps. I love the background and how she added an image from the front of the Scraps

Beauty_s_Garden_by_papercre8r

We also have another DT Member on the mendAmy Teets recently had back surgery and is recuperating and we look forward to having her back and creating more fabulous digital layouts!
I mentioned DT leader Vicki Chrisman created a bunch of jewelry pieces with our new Mini Vintage Creative Scraps and I wanted to show you how cool the inside of the Mini Scraps look with the tone on tone images. Here is a blank bracelet Vicki embellished and she will be posting more pieces tomorrow using Jewelry Shoppe Finding from Hobby Lobby.

Look at this beautiful card that DT Member Viola Mahr created using  images from the front of the Mini Creative Scraps with some epoxy stickers and some of the blue and cream papers off our CD. Details HERE on Viola’s Blog.

Heck I would have sent her a free one, as she has posted 3 amazing cards in the last few days and I adore each one! Becca is the very creative and talented blogger I told you about earlier this year who has all these amazing tips, videos and tutorials for creating beautiful bows, saving money and getting organized!  You can get details on this card she posted July 9th using our paper and some Spellbinder dies (it's not our stamp).

Day 1 Preview Summer 2011 Clear Art Stamps Release & Giveaway!

Hi Everyone,

Today is the first peek at our NEW Clear Art Stamps Sets and I have 3 new sets to show you today which you can win just by leaving a comment here on this blog post! Today I’m showing SL1 Born to Fly, SS22 Queen Bee and SS23 Vintage Silhouettes! Each day next (July 11-15) week I will be showing at least 2 NEW Clear Art Stamp Sets and doing a giveaway, so be sure to come back and check them all out! You will have all week to leave comments and the 5 Winners will be announced on Mon, July 18 when we do our next DT Challenge "New Product Show Offs!"

SL41 Born To Fly tops the list as one of my all time favorite large stamp sets we've done so far! It includes an amazing 32 separate stamps with 4 standing fairies from 2.25 to almost 3.5" tall and a beautiful sleeping fairy girl 2.5"W, with so many mix an match words, accessories and fun embellishments. The tiny tickets or scallop border will work as a stage and the fairies can hold the wand, star, butterflies, the birdie, flower banner or a sign you create. The outfits and wings are perfect for paper piecing.

Look at these adorable fairy jars DT Leader Vicki Chrisman created using our Born to Fly Set!  I love how she paper pieced all of their outfits by stamping them on pattern paper from our CD.

I wanted to also show you this photo so you could see how Vicki stamped 2 little feet to hold her stamped 'ticket fairy stage' and gave her fairy a stamped flower to hold and added the banner. You can see 3 of the other fairies HERE on Vicki's Blog.  This set will be available and shipping to stores later this month

Look at the beautiful sleeping fairy girl DT Member Michele Kovack stamped from this set! I've been holding onto this drawing from an old antique book for years and Cindy (our graphic designer) did an amazing job turning her into a stamp and then Michele has done an amazing job on this sample!  You can get all the details HERE on Michele's blog . Note: when you click on the card to see it larger you will see some little spots on the girls chin and over her mouth, these showed up on the drafts (the DT ladies got) but our graphic designer, Cindy, removed them all before we ordered a bunch so the new ones will be pretty!

The next set is SS22 Queen Bee and this 3 x 4" small set has wonderful detail taken from antique etchings.  The branches are 2.5" H each and the center bee is 1.25"W . Our Small Clear Art Stamp Sets normally retail for $7.50 and this set includes 13 separate stamps.  Granted the bees in the corners are tiny but there was some empty space and we thought it would be fun to be able to stamp little bees over the hive or background. Click it on to see it larger.  Samples to come soon as our DT Ladies are just receiving these new sets!
Drat - it looks so small - click it on to see it bigger!

I love the whimsical style of of this small set SS23 Vintage Silhouettes which includes 15 separate stamps allowing all kinds of creative possibilities! You can stamp the grass straight ot curve it on a block to stamp hills for the children to run and skip along, adding the birds, bunnies and puppy. I want to try embossing the tree branches and the ornate shelf on the bottom. Samples to come soon as our DT Ladies are just recieving these new sets.

Okay, sorry for the delay today posting this. I downloaded some horrid security update which is messing with my computer so I'm on my laptop. I've been blaming Blogger and it wasn't all their fault. I'm taking it in tomorrow and will use my laptop.

Don't forget to leave a comment on this post this week to be entered to WIN these 3 stamp sets - Born To Fly, Queen Bee and Vintage Silhouettes.
THESE SETS WILL BE AVAILABLE & SHIPPING TO STORES LATE JULY

TomorrowI will post SL42 Let's Hang Out and SM39 Birds of Happiness!

Annoucing CHA Previews & Giveaways, Plus Great New Samples & Ideas!

Hi Everyone,

It's been a busy week as we are getting ready for our Online Wholesale Trade Show (July 18 - 25) where retailers will be able to place orders online and get to pick from 2 different Gift Packs. (we're not attending this smaller CHA show). Each day next (July 11-15) week I will be showing 2 of our new Clear Art Stamp Sets and doing a giveaway, so be sure to come back and check them all out! You will have all week to leave comments and the 5 Winners will be announced on Mon, July 18 when we do our next DT Challenge "New Product Show Offs!".

Here is a run down of the New Clear Art Stamps I will be showing each day.
All of these New stamp sets listed will be available later this month!

Mon, July 11   - SL41 Born to Fly, SS22 Queen Bee and SS23 Vintage Silhouettes

Tues, July 12   - SL42 Let's Hang Out and SM39 Birds of Happiness

Wed, July 13   - SL44 Play Ball and SM43 Golf Time

Thurs, July 14 - SL43 Antique Trims and SM42 Lacey Patterns

Friday, July 15 - SL45 Vintage Labels & Frames, SS25 Keys to Life, SS26 Take it Easy and more Surprises!

It's been awhile so I have a bunch of great new samples to show you!

The next 3 photos show samples created with our new Mini Vintage Creative Scraps and DT Member Pam Hooten made these cool ATC cards using the Mini Scraps and paper from our new CD, Creating with Vintage Patterns. You can see them in detail HERE on Pam's Blog.

DT Member Heidi Blankenship created this quick necklace using a 1" circle punch and placing the Mini Scrap image in one of the pendants we've started selling. Sadly, a bunch of our circle Epoxy Sticker went missing at a show so we only have the silver pendants but they are great because they already have the bail built in. We also have more necklaces on order.

DT Member Julie Campbell created these necklaces using images from the Mini Scraps with some glitter and added Epoxy square stickers (sorry we sold out of these square silver shapes) but several stores stock a variety of mini shapes and frames now. The epoxy stickers are fun because they are so easy and add an instant finish.

DT Leader Vicki Chrisman has been busy creating a variety of jewelry pieces such as these brass pendants we have in stock. You have to come back on Wednesday and see the fabulous bracelet, barrettes, ring and microscope slides she's made using supplies from other retailers as well.

You can use a variety of mediums like Diamond Glaze by Judi Kins, Crystal Effects by Stampin Up, or Glossy Accents by Ranger to seal your image or you can leave it. The images also look look really pretty if you doodle on them with a Clear Gelly Roll Pen (by Sakura).

You can see the pendant from the back here and how the clasp opens. You can squeeze the prongs together a bit with a pair of pliers to make it secure so it won't open easily.
 .

Look at this pretty card that DT Member Tammy Roberts made HERE using an image from our Girlfriends Booklet and paper from our new CD, Creating with Vintage Patterns. I also love this one HERE that Tammy made using a variety of our stuff!

I adore how the tiny floral and print patterns on the CD work so great for card making!  Remember you can also use the black PNG patterns to print on any color cardstock or paper and size the patterns to match your projects. I will be showing more black pattern samples and ideas next week. Look at how soft and pretty this pattern looks on DT Memeber Viola Mahr's card she created. I love the sentiments she also used from our Love & Support stamp set.

Look at this cool beach layout that DT Member Gini Cagle created using one of our mermaid stamps! You can see past mermaid samples and the Mermaid Stamps HERE and get all the detail and other supplies used HERE on Gini's Blog.

Here is a great digital summer layout that DT Member Victoria Warren-Mears designed for a challenge using 3 papers from the CD.  I'm loving how 3D it looks with the stars she made and the 3 faux metal buttons she used off the CD.  Victoria gives step by step instructions on how she created this fun digi layout HERE on her blog!

If you are scrapbooking your memories from July 4th check out this great layout that DT leader Vicki Chrisman created using our FREE Sheet Music Paper HERE (if you missed it) and there is also a link to our 2012 printable Calendar. You can get details HERE on Vicki's Blog on how she used the paper, watch and alphabet letters from the CD.  She is also selling that cool silver trim in her Etsy store!

Lastly, I also wanted to show you this cute card created by Lori Lynn Washburn for the Use it Up Challenge she hosted over at Splitcoaststampers.com I adore the little 'party pooper' girl and crown she used from our Altered Fairy Scraps and sentiment from our Sweet Kids stamp set. You can see the Gallery HERE and join in any of the weekly challenges.

I hope you are all having a fun weekend! It's getting sunny again here, we have company coming for a BBQ and a fun day planned for tomorrow, so life is good.

Be sure to come back Monday and join in the fun as I debut some of our NEW Clear Art Stamps each day, have giveaways and show you loads of great idea!
