What's cooking with you this weekend? Look at this cute retro card created by DT leader Vicki Chrisman HERE using just 1 of the 20+ images from our Kitchen Cuts - Sug. Retail $1.75!
The card is for the challenge Pammyjo is hosting HERE on Splitcoststampers.

We want to know what products you like best so we can serve you best! Please tell us what you think of our DOUBLE SIDED Creative Scraps! Do you like them better? The price is the same, but you get get more options. Do you love our Clear Art Stamps or colored vintage images best? Leave a comment HERE on this blog and you will be entered to win! Random $30.00 winner will be announced Mon May 31/10 on our DT Challenge blog post!

Only a week has passed and I have so much to show you today! We are madly working on finishing new products for CHA but we have several new items we've recently released like our
new Art Studio Stamp Set! Look at this cool trivet DT leader Vicki Chrisman created stamping images from the set randomly on a tile with Versafine Vintage Sepia and then brushed the top with Glossy Accents from Ranger.

Check out this altered ATC cards DT member Pam Hooten designed with the Art Studio stamp set and you can see the other one HERE on Pam's blog!

What do you think about our new SEW NICE Creative Scraps? We've had a some concern as 1 wholesaler actually said they would prefer the single sided as they think their customers won't know how/what to use. Cindy, our graphic designer has been working hard to create some as mirror images so you can use them like double sided tags but I also want to include large images on at least one of the backs - so I guess I want it all - big images, small and matching - so each sheet will be different but allow more choices and creativity! Please post your feedback and let us know what you think and get entered to win!

Look at this wonderful card by DT member Melissa Philips shown HERE on her blog using the fairy ladies from the back side of our new Sew Nice Scraps. Melissa has been creating all sorts of fabulous samples you can see HERE on her blog like her French card and the dressed Birdies from our Birds & Blossoms Scraps.

Here is another sweet card using our Sew Nice Scraps that DT member Julie Campbell created. She dusted off her sewing machine to stitch the papers and has a great sewing story HERE but you can see all sorts of samples she's created using a variety of our products if you scroll down Julie's blog HERE.

Sherry Cheever has been our Guest Designer this month and and this week she has a couple of cards she's created including this adorable fairy card using our Fairy Enchanting Stamps and a 'ticket' from our Altered Fairy Creative Scraps. You can see more details and get the supply list HERE on Sherries Blog and also check out another beautiful card Sherry created HERE with our Garden Girl Stamp set.
Scrapping.no is the largest scrapbooking forum in Norway and we sent their design team some product to play with and they have been creating so many gorgeous samples! I love this layout that Marion Oevrelid created and the way she used the Sister postcard on her layout from our Family Postcard Kit. Click HERE to see more great samples!

Norway designer Katrine Vindfallet created samples with every postcard from our Family Postcard kit you can see them all HERE and customers over there are very happy to have a local supplier!

Look at this pretty gift box DT member Linda Duke created using one of the postcards from our Best Buds Postcard Kits. There are more photos, details and a supply list HERE on Linda's blog

Look at this wonderful card DT member Michele Kovack designed using our new Car Classics Stamp Set! I like the way she stamped the word stamp over the brown cardstock and used bright fun colors. You have to see her other matching card and get the details HERE on Michele's blog!

Dee Fillmore, a teacher at the Scrap Arts Store in North Vancouver, BC just sent me this cool card below from the Men's Card Class she is teaching at the store sometime in June using our Car Classic Stamp set. Scrap Arts moved to a new location and loves their new store on 3rd St.

I really like the way our Car Classics Clear Art Stamp Set turned out!

In case you didn't know, we have a Crafty Secrets Facebook Page and DT leader Vicki Chrisman and other members have been posting news about things like our upcoming Great American Scrapbook Show June 3, 4 & 5 in Arlington Texas! We are in Booth 211 & 213 with 2 classes, make-n-takes and specials!
I also spotted this very pretty card that Tanya Ilnicki posted there and wanted to show you and invite you to join us HERE on Facebook!

Lastly, here is a little peek at our new Halloween Creative Scraps which will make their big debut at CHA in July. We may release them a bit early and when you see the other 3 sides (yep - these fold out to 18" and are printed double sided) trust me - you will LOVE what Cindy, our graphic designer did on the other 3 sides!!!

Last weekend was our annual Mother Daughter Roadtrip but we found really cheap airfare so we flew to Santa Monica, CA. We had so much fun but next year we are going to drive again and I think we may do a wine tour in sunny Okanagan, BC. I am a very happy & proud mom and I realized last weekend it's because if I met my daughters anywhere I would really like them and they actually seem to like spending time with me - and that feels fantastic!

I hope you're having a wonderful weekend! Don't forget to leave a comment to say what you love best and be entered to win a $30.00 gift certificate.

I like the double sided scraps but I definetly like the idea of have a mirror image on the back (like a double sided tag) but leave one side colored and the other side antiqued looking(like the new double sided scraps are).

Great ideas and gorgeous produts as always!

I love the vintage/retro images. I'm not a big fan of things printed on the reverse side---same w/scrapbook paper. It just seems a wast to only use one side when both are so beautiful! Thanks for the opportunity to win!

I love everything you make and all the things your design team creates with it. I especially like that you asked our opinion about double sided or not. Not! I hate to waste a scrap of your creative images by gluing them to something! Karen

I love the clear art stamps, just can't afford them at the moment.

Wow! That was a lot. :) Always a delight to visit your blog. I totally love the idea of double sided!!! Way to go. I think people will figure it out really quickly. It's just like double sided paper, right? If you really LOVE both sides, then get 2. Otherwise, choose your favs from each side.

I LOVE MORE CHOICES! Thanks for the chance to win. :)

Also, I use both the images and the stamps, and love them fairly equally.

I love the double sided idea! They aren't that expensive, if you love both sides buy 2 (or more) which I plan on doing. I love the images and stamps equally well. Ive bought most all of the images and need to replenish, and have several of the stamp sets as well. (Just ordered the 2 new ones Fri.) I absolutely love your entire line, and your design team does a fabulous job! Congrats and keep it comming!!

I love them all, but my favorite two are the kitchen card, the very first one, and the craft card. I was looking at shopatron yesterday and saw new clear art stamps. I love, love, love them. I can't wait to get the craft stamp set and the vintage car set.

I think the two sided scraps is a good idea and can't wait to try one out. I enjoy crafty secrets and love to create cards using them.

I just got my first double sided creative scraps and I LOVE them! I've been a fan of the originals ever since they first came on the market, but the double sided give you so many more options...and i DO like options!

I'm such a fan of the clear art stamps that I have most of the sets. Just made father's day card with the vintage cars this weekend and I couldn't believe how much fun they were to work with.

Thanks for maintaining the quality and creativity in your product. I love it ALL!!!! kwclement@hotmail.com

I love the look of all your products but as I only have just purchased one of your clear stamp sets -(which I love to death) -they are not easy to get here and I don't normally buy online- so I would have to say I like them the best because you have the images for whatever you want whenever you want it. But I love the vintage /nostalgic feel of All you products- they are all so FABULOUS.

I just LOVE the double sided Creative Scraps. Can't wait to get the new Halloween sheet! I don't think I could choose between the Clear stamps and colored images. It's fun to use both!

Elaine Wilson said...

Lots of very nice things and make them double sided gives you more things to choose from. But I like your stamp sets the best, and you did a fantastic job on this car set. There are not enough masculine sets on the market. I have a couple others in the large stamp set line picked out that I would like to have too. I definitely like stamps best because you can use them over and over, a good value for your money!

Christine said...

I have never used Creative Scraps and I don't know why. I just need to get some and have fun!!!

I do own, and enjoy, several stamp sets. I really love the vintage images!!!

I really love to use the colored vintage images by Heartwarming Crafty Secrets. Somehow stamps don't always lend the old-vintage-flair that the colored images do. Of course I love stamps too :) Thanks for the giveaway!

every piece was breath taking!!! i have to say i love them all best! there are many must haves but i'd say the art studio stamp set is top of my list!

Cindy said...

I have many of your stamp sets and love them. As far as the scraps, I always find it a shame to cut into an image if it is going to ruin what is on the back of it. So if it could be printed on 2 separate sheets that are connected that would be ideal.

Hi Sandy,
When you're a Crafty Secrets lover (like me!) it's hard to say what I like best! I love your Creative Scraps, and two and three sided is good. Of course, I might buy multiples so I'm able to use every image! And your stamps are among my favorites. I would like to see vintage images on stickers, and more papers from Crafty Secrets. So, I love it all! Please keep creating and inspiring us! Thank you!

The DT cards are just awesome and I would love to see more larger scraps and stamps. I usually don't make A2 cards I make larger ones so I would love to see some things a little bigger.

Gabriela said...

What a talented DT! These cards are over the top. I prefer colored vintage images because they help me produce a quality and dare I say "heartwarming" product. Try as I may, I'm just no good at coloring.

I love all of your products. I constantly use the creative scraps and the vintage booklets. I love everything about them! Just keep doing what you're doing!

NinaN said...

I think with the double sided scraps, I also would be disappointed. I like being able to use all the images I purchase and I know my favorites would be back to back. Even with double sided paper i get annoyed when I like both sides. I almost always buy two sheets so I won't have to worry. I like how the images on your double sided scraps are in different colourings, but I would prefer if they weren't back to back. Maybe if the sheet unfolded into a double sized one???

Rene said...

Like a lot of others here, it's hard to choose just one thing I like. I'd have to say the Clear Art clear stamps are my favorite. I love that each set has so many choices, and I can customize what I'm making. I also like using some of the smaller stamps together to make a custom background.

Lynn said...

I love the vintage images that you provide us on each of the products. I love them all, so it is so hard to choose. I am looking forward to the Halloween release. It is one of my favorite holidays to make items for and decorating the house for Halloween and the fall season is somthing that my husband and I enjoy doing together.

Thanks for a chance to win some awesome products.

i love everything Crafty Secrets has to offer, but i do have one concern about the new double-sided scraps. i love the images on BOTH sides and can't use them unless i buy 2 sheets, which isn't always feasible for me. please think about this!

First, my opinion on the double sided images...love them! I don't see why anyone should be confused by them...people have been using double sided papers and cut outs for ages. They should be able to figure out these too. :)

My favorite thing is still the Mouse Party stamps. I adore them. More animal themes! More animal themes!

Thanks for all your wonderful products.

My favorite is Vicki's "What's Cooking" card. i love the retro look. Brings back so many happy memories. I like the double sided idea, but would like the same size image on reverse side so images on one side or the other are not lost.

oh, where to begin?!
The "Sew Nice" Creative Scraps are to die for-double-sided just means I would order 2 sets so i don't lose a chance to use them all! Everyone in my family does needlework so these would be perfect for cards and layouts-thanks!
Can't decide which I need/want more-"Art Studio" or "Party Cats"-too fun!! Love the quality of your Clear art stamps-your artists are fabulous!

I really like the vintage images on both sides of the new creative scraps. It would be really hard to create using only one side, but it would be perfect for tags or a two-sided project.

I am partial to your Clear Art Stamps. They are such fantastic quality and I love coloring them. However, the colored vintage images are so convenient for that really quick project. Both are fabulous quality and fill a different creative need.

I can't wait to see what you come up with next, Sandy!
