We are doing a giveaway for 3 of our new Clear Art Stamps pictured here. Down on the Farm has arrived and is starting to ship to stores. So please tell your fav store if you like this set and they may order it in for you.

This set is down right FUN with 25 separate stamps and so many images you can create scenes with - plus lots of mix and match words. The animals and children are fun to color and you can stamp the 2 fences together and add the barn with the cow, pony, chicken, rooster, pig and dressed crow. The 'Down on the Farm' lettering is from antique sheet music and almost 3" wide. It would look great stamped on a T-shirt, as well as 'Country Girl' or 'Country Boy'.

This new small stamp set SS18 Christmas Mail is in stock as well and the 11 separate stamps turned out so cute! The Santa sitting on the box holding a key is over 2 x 1.5” and the little girl at mailbox is 2” H. There is also a Dec 25 North Pole date stamp, postmark mark lines, 2 snowflakes and sentiments. ‘Dear Santa' fits on the letter the little girl is holding. She will also make an adorable Valentine stamp.

This is a brand new small Clear Art Stamp set called Little St. Nick and we are awaiting it's arrival next week. It has 4 separate stamps with Merry Christmas and the little Santa (an old Campbell's Soup boy) would look cute with white Fun Flock on his fur trim. I love the little animals Cindy, our graphic designer add to his bag! The stars and the moon are separate.

Okay, I said in my last post I would have a free printable gift for you and it's a wonderful design from the inside cover of an antique book.  I thought the colors were perfect for Autumn projects. Just right click on the image with your mouse a couple of times to get it jumbo sized and save it to a picture file. You can size it to print the pattern small or large.      * Please remember this is copyrighted and for personal use only.

I've been busy sorting through 1000's of designs for some CD's we are working on and I have so many fantastic color and B&W floral prints, damask, antique wallpaper, retro, botanical and more. I would love to get your feedback on the CD's!   If you can answer a couple of questions on this blog post you will be entered to win these 3 stamp sets and later when the first CD is finished I will send you a copy as well!

Besides color designs, would you like some in B&W that you can print on solid cardstock or add custom colors with mediums like Glimmer Mist?

What designs do you want most?  What about large images such as birds and flowers you can color?

Would you like to see finished samples and projects on the CD?

Last of all, here is a link to our new website! Right now it's still under construction and our webmaster Karin has transferred many of the pages over from the old site and some will need to be updated. Please give us your feedback. Karin still has to finish the wholesale store so retailers can order online, then she will add a retail store, a gallery, videos and other fun stuff!  The best part is the images get bigger now and have 1 or 2 little samples with each of the stamp sets. Other samples will be added to all the product categories asap.

Okay, don't forget to leave some feedback on the the Paper and Image CD's to be entered to win the 3 Clear Art Stamps and our first CD!

Wishing you joy & creativity

I would love any images that have a vintage feel. It would be nice to have some in black in white for coloring but I would prefer most to be color. It would be great to have background images, such as all over damask, to use on projects.

Thanks for this opportunity! I would love B&W designs that I can print out on white cardstock. The designs that I love the most are Damask and anything Vintgage. Coloring birds with chalks make the most beautiful pieces!!

Hi Sandy

A CD huh..wow sounds very intriguing.
I enjoy line images to color in and match my card stock. I continue to enjoy your wonderful sentiments and if those are solid I can print those in my color of choice. Your paper pads are WONDERFUL...so additional
backgrounds would be an additional bonus too. Your stamp sets are amazing and so fun to use.

While we lived in the city when I was a child, several of our relatives had working farms and they were my favorite places to go on the weekends - bales of hay to jump on, helping grandma gather eggs, chasing and feeding the chickens, brushing the horses, and most of all baking pies with grandma for sunday dinner. I wish every child could experience this at some point as those are the memories that are most vivid.

I've been waiting to find a farm set for eons....I grew up on a farm...and now my husband and I manage it...it's a lot different now...these images would be perfect! I've been scrapbooking my "younger years" life...and can find uses for these right off the bat!!!! The Christmas images are awesome too!

First let me answer your questions: In paper designs would you like some in B&W that you can print on solid cardstock or add custom colors with mediums like Glimmer Mist? I am not interested in this item
What designs do you want most?
everyday people like boys on bikes or skateboards
What about large images such as birds and flowers you can color? I love the flower idea, but not interested in birds
I love the larger view of the items and the examples. Will you have a wish list that people can make and then view online?

Hi Sandy! I think the idea of some black and white images would be great for printing on color paper. And I love the idea of large images we can color!! I can't wait to see what you come up with on the CDs!

Hello Sandy! Crafty Secrets images are among my favorites. In response to your questions:
1. I would like to see some black and white images as well as sepia colored images on the CD.
2. Holiday images (focal points with a few supporting images) are what I seem to use most often.
3. If space is limited on the CD, samples aren't necessary for me since I can view them via the computer.

Thanks for the chance to win! Cindy Burke

Yes, finished samples and projects are always great inspiration to have when nothing else pops into the creative mind :)

Yes, I would love to see some b/w designs to print on colored cardstock. Not only would they be great for background designs, but could also be colored to match papers and photos for layouts.
Would love to see some nursery rhyme based large images, kitchen and food based images in addition to bird and nature themed ones.
If there is room on the CD, samples would be awesome but if not possible, have a section on your website for them. I always need a little inspiration!

Wow - Love the new set & the new web site!

I would *love* b & w images that I could color in myself! I'd like to see some images of women, men & cars from the flapper era!

Project images on the cd would be ok but more than likely, I probably wouldn't use the examples on a cd for inspiration.

Retta B. said...

I just love the new stamps! I don't know which designs to purchase next. I can't wait for the CD's. I would enjoy having some designs in black & white, but I think I like the finished ones best. My favorite designs are the children's graphics. Halloween runs a close second. Thanks for the wonderful products!

lupe martinez said...

i would like to see images in black & white to customize, and then the same images in color...not necessarily all the images, just some. i love all things retro, vintage and primitive. thanks for the opportunity to win.

Anonymous said...

I would love to have black and white. Not only are they wonderful to print on their own but you can color them to match your project. I think I would use background papers the most but I also love birds or other large images to color myself. Having sample cards would be a huge bonus for me. As a novice at cardmaking it really helps to see what the design artists come up with. From the sound of it I think your new web site is going to be a huge improvement and quite easy to see and find what we need. Your new stamp set with the Campbell's Soup Santa is adorable! I'm already wanting it, lol! Thanks for the chance of winning a stamp set. It will be loved :)

Examples on the CD would be nice but not necessary since we could find those on line.
Thanks for the chance to win!

Thanks for a chance to win a CD! I'm not sure what Glimmer Mist is, but it sounds wonderful. In answer to your questions:
1. I'd love B & W designs; I think they look lovely.
2. I love Holiday designs, or anything vintage or retro, from the 1930's, 1940's era. I also love anything to do with old fashioned dolls or paper dolls.
3. I'd love to see finished samples and projects on the CD!
I adore your products. I haven't had much luck finding them in stores near me, though. I'll have to come and visit you in person soon! I'm suffering angst!

michelle in mi said...

B&W images ,especially vintage looking ones, would be perfect. With all the coloring mediums being used today it's fun not always to 'color inside the box'.Background images are nice but so readily available that yours would have to be unique to be different from what's offered from other companies. Samples on a cd are fine . How about school theme for future stamps?

Melisa Waldorf said...

Sandy you are so generous. Thanks for giving us this opportunity to win!!

1. I would definitely want black and white images that I can color myself to match whatever other elements I’m using. I would probably use the black and white more than the color and hope that you would do 50 / 50.

2. Birds, flowers, butterflies are all fabulous and I would love to see some, but I own so many of these in stamp images already. What I would really get excited to see would be other vintage images. Objects of some sort, something different. I would love to have sentiments and things that would work well with Vicki’s shadow boxes, collage type stuff.

3. That would be fabulous as well, but only if you don’t have to sacrifice the images. You could actually put idea’s for us in a gallery and save space on the cd for more images!

Not sure if that helps, but just my 2 cents.

Any image that is from 50's or 60's, any vintage seed packet, labels, and such. Maybe something like vintage valentines and other occasions. Birds, children, cutesy animals, flowers. BW images on each CD would be wonderful so you had the option to color or alter them to suit. I would love some ideas on the CDs also. Your new stamps are wonderful.

Thanks for the chance to win some goodies! A CD collection sounds fantastic > endless possibilities!

1. 2 styles of B&W images appeal to me - ones that print 'cleanly' on light cardstock and images with heavier lines that show up printed on patterned cardstock (ornaments, dresses, shoe outlines, etc.)

2. Vintage images > cars, farm equipment, clothing, food labels, seed packets, shoes!

3. No. I'd be more interested in patterns (box, card, cutouts) or sentiments. It'd be better to have the samples on your site - keep us coming back!

I love Crafty Secrets. If I were to purchase a cd I would look for larger images of what you currently have available on cardstock. Also, sentiments are always handy. B&W or color is not a big factor for me as I can always add color. I think the important factor for me would be continuing the retro theme you do so well.
Thanks for asking.

The stamp sets are fantastic and I think the paper cd is an awesome idea.
My favorite stamp store around this area is white swan rubber stamps. She doesn't carry your stmps yet but I am working on it.

Linda W said...

Black and white sounds fabulous. Sometimes it just fits. Would love to see some large, beautiful birds & butterflies. Finished projects are always welcome for inspiration. However, not at the sake of taking up necessary space for your gorgeous images.

Karen W said...

Wow that's a tough one, I like all your ideas and I would like to see some larger images even in the stamps, I don't do A2 cards, mine are almost all 5x7 and I like larger images also. The DT cards and samples are just fabulous!

SuZeQ said...

Yes! Having black and white images to print out on colored cardstock would be PERFECT. What a superb idea. Thank you!

Images I love most are ones that have flowers, birds, holiday images, numbers, anything primitive, covered bridges, vintage ads and anything masculine (I struggle here!)

Samples on the CD would be great, although I visit the blogs for those, too.

Great stamps - and I'd love to win them! Thanks for this opportunity.

Kathy/NorthCarolina said...

I love everything you do at Crafty Secrets. I would love more sepia toned images along with the soft pastel type images that you are using on the backside of the Vintage Scraps. A CD would be a great help for storage space.

It would be great to have more large floral images. I have had so much fun using my sunflower stamps set. Love this!

The background images that you provide on your vintage postcards are such a great size....more of these to purchase on a sheet, like the cuts, would be awesome!

Also loving the sewing images! More of these would be great, too.

But anything you do will make me drool!

Loooovvvvve these stamps! Sooo many possibilities. For the CD, I would like to see some B/W images, as these can easily be heat embossed for a quick card. Images, butterflys, ladies from the 1800's and how about some old fashioned cowboy figures or scenes. Oh yes, and birds and bird cages, all antique. Thanks for the opportunity. Hugs, Sharon :o)

Sandy, I have some ideas for you! My maternal grandparents ran a farm and General Store in Kansas from the 1930's to the 1980's. As a child I would love to explore the "out buildings" searching for old farm implements, old posters, various advertisement signage, etc. The "Down on the Farm" stamps capture some of that, but I think it would be great to delve into that a bit deeper. The 30's and 40's had such beautiful images, even though it was the Depression. Another thought is exploring the Radio Age. My paternal grandparents had a Radio and Record Store they opened in the late 40's. They got their start by procuring parts for radios during the depression. The Radio Age brings to mind lots of wonderful images such as "his Master's voice" (the dog listening to the Victrola). I would love to have some of the black and white photos of the days of Radio and old Radio Shows, and the music of those days gone by. Black and white images can be colorized just the way each person wants them! I hope these ideas are good ones for you! Thanks! ReNae Allen

Yes, I'd like to see finished samples and projects on the CD. That's wonderful - hope I have a chance to win!

Birds, nature, flowers.

What about large images such as birds and flowers you can color?
Oh yes! All of the above!

Would you like to see finished samples and projects on the CD?

SANDY!!! Oh my GOSH!!! You did a FARM Set!!! I LOVE IT!!! Absolutely adorable! And I love the other two as well -- so cute for the holidays!

As for your questions, yes, I think B/W images on the CD would be great! But I would also love color versions, in warm, rich, vintage-y colors. I think a variety of image types would be great ... some that are colored already, and those in line art that could be colored, or just printed in browns, or blacks even! And of course samples on the CD would be wonderful, but I would sacrafice them for more art, personally. :)

LOVE the new stamps, Sandy!! GREAT JOB!!! ...miss you guys!!...

1. I'd love to see some B&W images because they can be custom colored, and sometimes B&W is a particular look or style!
2. I love coloring in general...it's very therapeutic. Flowers are my faves, along with your sweet vintage figures.
3. YES to finished samples and ideas...I love the inspiration!

Thank you for sharing!

I am happy to have a chance to win this adorable Christmas set. I think the B/W is a good idea for coloring and matching to your own cardstock on hand. I am partial to smaller images, but I am breaking out and trying the larger images to color and cut out. It is always so great to see the DT creations, it inspires me to create. I would love to have the CD as well so thank you for the chance to win this giveway. barbara w. beweber.

Oh Sandy, your new stamp sets are adorable!

I really like the idea of having B&W images but also like having the color ones. I don't think I'd care to have samples on the CD, would rather have more images to use. My favorites would be of birds, butterflies and sentiments as they could be used for a variety of holidays. I'd also LOVE to see more images for a recipe book. I think it would be great to make a heirloom recipe book to be passed down from generation to generation. Thanks much for considering our thoughts on the subject:)

Love the new stamp sets!!!! As far as the cd goes, I don't really use printable images, but I would say for sure make them printable in black so that stampers can enjoy personalizing them. For themes, I would say start with the major holidays and seasons.

Great stamp sets, as always! To answer your questions:
1. Black and white backgrounds would be a great idea!
2. I would like to see images similar to your stamp sets, ones that can be colored. Also, some "word art" would be great. I like to be able to resize words as needed.
3. It would be nice to have samples on the CD, but it's not so important. I enjoy coming to your blog and viewing the gallery instead.

Thanks so much for your give away, it is very thoughtful of you. The new stamp sets are adorable, I love them all. I love the design of the new website, so gorgeous. I know putting together a CD is lots of work. Your questions about black and white images to color would be wonderful. Not everyone wants the same color for their project, I just love coloring my own. But there are times when you are in a hurry to get something made and you need one which has all ready been perfectly colored for you. Not to small prints, they come a coloring challenge at least for me. You do wonderful job picking out perfect images just continue with your choices they are great.

Yes to the black and white on the CD and the finished samples and projects on it. My favorite designs are always retro.

Love your retro stamps. Must order some!

And I would LOVE to be chosen as winner.

Sandy, I've always thought that you do vintage better than anyone. All of your designs seems to have the perfect font and images to create that look. I love the idea of B&W background images, bigger images to color (with copics :-) ). I also like seeing a couple of great ways to incorporate the designs on a CD. Love the idea of a CD in general. Can't wait to see what you come up with and the new web-site. Thanks. Kathy/CaKath

Awesome new stamps!!!
I think B&W graphics are a great idea especially when the style lends itself well to colouring.
It's always nice to have flowers and animals but sometimes vintage items and musical themes are fun.
It's always handy to have samples and some finished pics to go by.
Thanks for asking!!! :o)

I would like B&W as well as color because it gives more versatility and creativity opportunities.
I like images that are not as "realistic" because it is less intimidating to match theme for theme, however, I do like some, along with flourishes for a more elegant feel in my art.
I love the new sets, especially the Campbells Soup kid Santa. They remind me so much of my niece shen she was a child.

What great stamps from a great company! To answer your questions:

1. Yes, I would love some black and white images. I would appreciate being able to customize the design as needed. Also sometimes all you need is a black and white image.

2. I LOVE to color so anything larger to color would be great to me. I am not big on the flowers, but would love to see some of your vintage images just a tad bigger for coloring purposes.

3. I would appreciate seeing the finished projects on a CD. However, I would only want a select few. I would want to have more I can play with and just a few things for inspiration.

Thanks for the opportunity to participate in your drawing!

Love the new stamps, and the new website looks great! I tried clicking on a few stamp sets, and I love the fact that they pop up larger for better viewing, and I also love seeing the card samples - it's a great way to get a better idea of the scale of the images.

For the CD.... a few black and white images would be nice, but they would not be the primary reason for me to get the CD. I prefer to stamp B&W line images rather than print them. Color images would be my preference.

What designs would I like to see..... well, you do such a fabulous job with holidays and seasons with your clips, journaling cards and booklets, I'm not sure if the CD would be more of the same or not. I would love to see unusual vintage images that we haven't seen everywhere before, perhaps along the Vintage Trading Card line. It would be fun to see things that would suggest a certain type of card, for example, some sort of Old Fashioned Elixir trading card image for get well cards, etc.

Yes, larger images would be very nice, too. And I love the idea of project sample images - the more inspiration, the better. (BTW, in my book, birds and anything bird-related are *always* a great idea!)

Thanks so much for asking our input, and for the chance to win those beautiful stamps!

Sandy,
please enter me in this giveaway. I absolutely love your product. I am hoping to make your 2011 CD calendar that I always see displayed at the events you go to. I met a fellow Brian this last weekend who just opened a new store in Abbotsford and I was telling him about your product because he said he likes the vintage lines. I told him about you, how you are local to our area and gave him your website - right there he looked it up! thanks again for your wonderful stamps, ideas, etc. - Marlene

I am really looking forward to the CD's, as I have often hoped that you may, at some time, offer your designs as downloads. But Cd's will be even better.
Black and white images would also be great! Lots of crafters now love to colour in images in their own favourite way. I personally just adore the coloured vintage images, and I can't wait for the Cd's to be available. I sometimes get "Crafters Block" - LOL! And to be able to view samples designs would be really helpful.

I love all three sets thus far!
I would like to custom color my own black and whaite paper-using vellum overlays or ink,
I love love love vintage children images-playing running etc..like in the old Jack and Janre books.
Plus all animals-dogs cats etc.. Large images are great because they can "stand " on their own for the main focal image.
I dont need to see finished samples-but for convenience I guess that'd be nice. I usually just go to your website gallery...
Thank you for the contest! love all Crafty secret stamps!

Sandy,

How exciting you are making a CD! As with all of your product, I know it will turn out terrific. A few of my thoughts... I like the idea of black and white images along with color. Larger images also would appeal to me as would finished samples and project ideas. I read a post where some one suggested sentiments, I like that idea very much. Finally, I love the new stamp sets. As usual you create the most charming images. Thank you for giving us so much to work with.

Yes, I would love to see black and white designs you could print onto colored paper.

As far as designs go, something versatile like quilts or buttons would be fun to color to match any card or layout.

I always love to see finished samples as inspiration.

Love the design of the new website.

Your designs on the CD would be awesome to print in B&W, and have ideas or samples in color. I am crazy about the new stamps designs!!

I love all of the vintage designs, I have ordered several from your website. I think sepia colored designs would be awesome along with the b/w. I tend to lean more towards smaller designs on paper, but it is fun to cut out larger designs and use in various ways.
The CD will be an inspiration to all who love the products, the best is yet to come!

1. Yes, I'd love to have black and white designs. While I always like what is chosen for me by CS, sometimes it doesn't coordinate with a paper I had in mind.

2. I can't get enough basic design elements and flourishes. Any nature-type items are also great. Love to do gamesol on leaves, flowers, etc. Looks so earthty.

3. YES on finished projects. While I like to be creative and come up with my own ideas, its nice to see how others find uses for images that I didn't/wouldn't have thought of.

Thanks!

The farm stamps are awesome, my family spent many summers at my uncle's farm back in the old days. CD images for for coloring would be great. How about some vintage sports and college themes. It's hard to find anything from the 30s and 40s also like more masculine and humorous vintage themes. Mother Goose would also be cool. Project samples are always helpful when stuck for ideas. love your stuff - thanks K. Paige

Pak I. said...

I really like the stamps! The CD seems like a great idea, as far as adding black and white I think they would need to have a color edging around them to give them an eye popping look. The type of images that appeal to me are vintage, and nostalgic of bygone days, commercial art, adults, children, pets, homes and indoor family settings. Samples of finished projects is also a good idea, but limited for the CD should mostly highlight the images. Thank you for the opportunity to possibly win. Pak

I love the new stamps, as usual. I would love B/W to color but, outlined sepia or chocolate would be better. I usually stamp in that color then color to give it a more vintage feel. Some Holiday images would be nice. Especially Christmas! You can never get enough Christmas as far as I am concerned. Some samples to inspire is a great idea! Thanks for the oppurtunity to win.

Cheryl said...

Some b/w would be great and pops of color against it may be striking. I prefer smaller images. Some finished projects would be nice on the CD. I love the new stamps!

the gypsy magpie said...

To be honest, I don't ever color any of my images... if they're b&w, they stay b&w. Guess I need to give it a try! All your images are wonderful and no matter the subject matter on a CD, we'll all be over the moon to get our hands on it!

Fae said...

I would love to see some samples on the cd, that would be great!

I love the new stamps and the idea of examples on the cd. I've just started my collection of clear stamps and these would make a wonderful addition to the others that I already have.

1. PLEASE put b/w on the CD along with color...more choices=more crafting time!
2. Images - flowers, butterflies, birds, scenery (farms, bridges, old churches/cottages)...anything that can be colored would be fun, too.
3. I wouldn't put finished ideas on the CD...takes away one of the best reasons to visit your fantastic Design Team

Thanks for the chance to win this new line of amazing stamps!

More fun sets! I love the idea of a CD and would enjoy images with people like Domestic Goddess, holidays, birthday, and fun advertisements. To be honest anything that I could make more than one of and didn't have to color would be great: ) The idea of B&W images sounds wonderful too. Thanks for the chance to play!

Thanks for asking us for help.

Besides color designs, would you like some in B&W that you can print on solid cardstock or add custom colors with mediums like Glimmer Mist?
I prefer color designs.

What designs do you want most? What about large images such as birds and flowers you can color?
Designs including children, pets and people in general doing various activities are fun to use. Images from old grade school readers come to mind. Not interested in birds or flowers.

Would you like to see finished samples and projects on the CD?
Yes, that would be awesome.

these are very nice images on these 3 sets, ones i would love to add to my collection !!
yes, i would like some b& w images...they stir imagination and open up options!!
i like multi-purpose images: images that can be used for sympathy, thinking of you, hello, etc. cards
lately i've been embroidering the stamped images on muslin (like mom used to do on kitchen towels) so larger images would be fabulous.
yes, yes, yes, it is so imspirational to have finished projects to jump start my own ideas.
thank you for the chance to win these stamp sets.

Your new stamps sets are great especially the campbell soup boy santa. ?As for the cd you are working on,I prefer the color designs and don't really like to color in black and white designs.
I like birds and flowers ok but I am getting a little tired of those images and think maybe they are a bit overdone right now.
I think that finished samples and projects would be best on a website gallery rather then the cd.

Thanks for the chance to win the stamps and CD! I belong to a stamp group and when we go to a convention we're always fighting over who gets the last Clear Art Stamp set- they go so fast!
I think black and white is a good idea. It's always nice to be able to customize the coloring to go with what you're creating.
I don't care how popular birds and flowers are right now, I can never have enough of them. Trees are another one. I haven't been able to find a decent willow tree. Vintage images are great too, I like to try to recreate the old postcard look.
I think having some samples on the CD would be a good thing. When shopping I might pass something over, but if there is a sample done with it that catches my eye, it gives me inspiration. I guess I'm more of a visual person.
