Some of you may have already heard we are adding 3 new Design Team Members and lost 2. We are sadly saying farewell to Pam Hooten and Marilyn McIldoon. We wish them both the very best and I've posted a couple of my favorite samples by all the ladies today.
Please welcome new DT Members Darlene Pavlick, Melissa Bove and Rebekah Fairies!
Darlene Pavlick has been a long time customer and devoted fan who loves vintage. You can tell she loved our Vintage Christmas Set by all the sample she created on the sheet below. Darlene also loves digi stamps and is excited about the creative possibilities with our new Digital Art Stamps.
Darlene used papers and elements from our Halloween CD to decorate this box and added the spiders and cheese cloth.
Please welcome new DT Member Melissa Bove
I met Melissa Bove through challenges over at the Shabby Tea room and loved what she created with our products. She used our Material Girl Set to decorate her button card below and it was such a hit it inspired me to start working on a digital Button Stamp Set that will include some digital die files to cut fabulous shaped button cards - it's coming when we get caught up! Note: Material Girl is sold out now but available as a Digital Art Stamp Set.
I also love these other pretty pastel cards Melissa made using our Love Scraps
and Love You Mother Stamp Set.
Please welcome new DT Member Rebekah Fairies
Rebekah Fairies is a Canadian girl like me (ok, we're ladies) and I met her also through the Shabby Tea Room from sponsoring and she loves vintage and I love her style! I accidentally shrunk her write up down but click it on to read it and her story , she is from Bermuda but living in Saskatchewan now - bbbrrr!
Marilyn McIldoon is leaving us and I wanted to thank her for the great samples she created like the awesome recipe album she made using our Domestic Goddess Creative Scraps. Can you tell, she REALLY did not want her photo taken! She has also been a great help at the Victoria Sewing & Craft Show the last couple of years!
This is my favorite card I've seen made with our Playball Stamp set because I love the warm colors but it's the way Marilyn pulled it all together so great.
Aawwwhh, I feel like I could cry as Pam Hooten is leaving and has been on our Design Team for sooo many years! She has made 100's of samples over the years! Her mom is sick and she is busy with her grand kids but she may come back and play once in a while. This clothes pin bag was one of the first samples Pam ever created and she used our Flower Friends Cotton Scraps stitched to fabric bag. We will have a new digital sheet of birdies this size soon!
I know I've shown this before but it's one of my fave pieces that Pam made over the years and has had so many compliments at shows I even started selling the Tim Holtz feet.
Pam used our Bird Lovers stamp set on all 4 sides
My webmaster has family visiting from overseas but is teaching Mona and myself how to add new product. Cindy and I have been busy working on the Barbershop Kit to fund raise some $$ for the mustache theme Movember, a fund raising site to help prevent & treat prostrate cancer. Mustache Men stamp set has sold out and will now be a digital set and will work great with Barber Shop!
Our Radiant Paper Pad has been added to the Etsy Store and our webmaster will be adding and the Christmas Boxes. Tomorrow our 2 New Christmas Sets Christmas Express and Snow Globes will be added (our last Clear Art Stamp Sets) will be added as they arrived today! Vicki is busy testing the new kits and other Christmas Bowl Templates Cindy made, so we've been busy little workers!
