Giveaway - Our Vintage Christmas Printable Paper Download!

Hi Everyone,

Here are the pages from our Vintage Christmas Collection and I'm really excited on how beautiful they turned out! You can click on each group below to see them larger. Cindy, our graphic designer, did an amazing job adding multiple layers on many of the designs. I made this quick cover but it's crooked as I didn't want to cover the cute snowman's head. This introductory Vintage Christmas Download Collection is $9.95 ($1.00 more than the Retro) and has a bonus included so you can play and try some of the image files that will be available next week. You get 35 designer papers, a PNG file with 2 robins, a colored card greeting, 4 large Christmas tags and a Santa that prints 8.5 x 11”. Next week all the images and embellishments will be ready and can be ordered together or separate.

Giveaway & See Christmas Retro Download Kit!

Hi Everyone,

As you may have read our Christmas CD is going to take too long and so many people are waiting for these designs I've decided to split the CD into 2 Download Kits, a Retro and Traditional Vintage. I never planned on doing 2 Kits but everything grew and looked so great we couldn't stop - wait until see our Vintage Christmas Traditional and Giveaway here! Never run out of paper and print you faves over and over in various sizes and paper, cardstock, canvas, iron ons, label or decal paper and more!

This introductory Retro Christmas Paper Collection has a bonus included so you can play and try some of the image files available next week. You get 30 designer papers, plus - 4 Bingo cards, 4 placecard/gift tags, 2 digital stamps, a Christmas verse for inside a card, and a 8.5 x 11” snow couple print.

All of the papers and designs are hi res 300 dpi/ppi, so the 'Snow Couple' will print 8.5 x 11" for a pillow, or other big project. You could also shrink them down tiny for a charm or a card.

The red & green stamps in the center are PNG bonus files and they look like they will print huge but are actually 2.8" and 3.4" stamps.

A layout by DT Leader Vicki Chrisman. When Vicki created this layout we didn't have as many embellishments so the rhinestone pin may go into the Traditional Download Collection but both will be on the CD. We are offering them in Downloads as it will be 2 weeks before I get the CD's. Our web master will be adding the $8.95 Retro Papers and bonus here.

DT Member Darlene Pavlick posted her stunning collage canvas and she used mainly printable papers from the Traditional Download.

More Christmas Previews

Hi Everyone,

If you missed the first batch of Christmas Papers you can see them here. We ran into a bit of a glitch because there are too many (60+) to put in 1 folder for a download, so they will be divided into Retro and Vintage Christmas Papers. There were more of the traditional so Cindy created some new retro papers today. These previews are mixed but show more new designs. Our webmaster will be adding them to the website this afternoon.

Besides the papers I've showed a peek of some of the JPG images and PNG files that will be included. The PNG files are cut out so you can add photos to the frames or layer the embellishments like the angels,

I made this album a few years ago and used paper from our Radiant Paper Pad (now a digital download for $7.95 ) Hey - that's me, the little blonde on Santa's knee! It's not often we re-use designs but the floral paper on the top part of the cover is one of my favorite papers and perfect for Christmas so we are including it with the Christmas Download and the brass swirls as decorative embellishments. The other designs are our cardstock Christmas Stickers on sale for $1.50

Christmas Paper Preview, 3 Winners and Christmas Tutorial Link

Thanks to all who entered such great samples in our Nov Linky Party I have 3 random.org winners! Congratulations to #9 Sheri Elmont. All the others who joined the Linky Party have each won a Christmas Printable Box & Bowl-Pocket template. Vicki has a Christmas Basket Tutorial on her Blog but the images can also be folded to create gift pockets. I also have 2 Blog Giveaway Winners; congrats to lucky # 13 Nancy Y and #48 Stacie D.

Okay, here's a preview of our Printable Christmas Papers! The CD should have been ready by now but we had too many interruptions (building new website, staff off sick, changing stamp sets to digital, etc). So they will be released as a download with the paper available to order tomorrow or Wed. If Cindy gets better and comes back to work this week the other jpg images and PDF ephemera files will be available later this week.

I'm really excited about the variety of papers and how many will work for other non-Christmas projects. I'm in love with the Christmas Border paper and I want to do a tutorial on how to make Washi Tape with it. Here's a little slice so you can see the detail in the border designs.

I've learned a lesson - no more big CD's for a while. It's so much work and I'm fussy and want to include everything.

We stopped working on Christmas to do the Thanksgiving Printable Kit, then I wanted to raise funds for prostate cancer at Movember.com mustache events (they have raised $35,794,789!!!) so we did the Barber Shop Kit and Mustache Men Digital Stamp Set after our Halloween CD. My back is messed up from sitting at the computer for so long and my eyes are sore from too many Photoshop hours cleaning and changing old images!

**There are still a couple more sheets to be added with Christmas text and cute snow girls but look at our cool Santa papers!

Here are some tins DT Leader Vicki Chrisman decorated with a variety of the Retro Christmas Papers.

I will post the images and ephemera later this week but you can see some images on these samples below and our DT ladies are busy whipping up inspiring samples they will be sharing soon on their blogs. Sample sheets will be included in the downloads and on our Pintrest Boards like our other CD's.

DT Member Rebekah Fairies created this adorable sample with some of the printable paper and images that will be available.

DT Member Darlene Pavlick designed this stunning wall art piece to frame a wonderful poem that's on one of the papers. She printed the paper a second time and gave it a tole effect raising the poem with some foam tape. Also - see the new Stamped card Darlene created with our Christmas Express Stamp Set and it's on sale for $9.50!

PS - DT Member Melissa Bove and her family live in NJ and were hit hard twice by the storms so she was with out any power for several days and may take awhile before she can get back into crafting. I told her not to worry a bit - we are just happy she and her family are all fine and their house didn't suffer much damage!

The CK Show we were at this weekend was slower than normal as the attendance seemed down but it was great to see so many long time customers and meet so many new ones!

Melissa lives in New Jersey, less than 10 minutes from the coast and one of the hardest hit areas of the hurricane and still has no electricity so she can't post today. Thankfully she and her family are all safe but she said it's a total disaster. I wanted to donate and asked her about the Red Cross and she said they are out full force helping people so I've donated $200.00. I had to do something to help - I'm a Sandy! Maybe I should start going by my legal name Sandra as Sandy is a downer now. Here are 2 cute cards I found that Melissa made previously with our Little Girl and Little Boy Stamp Sets

I also came across these great Free Printable Gratitude Quotes I posted last year and thought I should re-post them and add them to our Pintrest page. I collect these and we have 8 hand lettered quotes on CD 3 like this. I've thought about selling a kit with a 52 for a weekly calendar. Please let me know if you like this idea?
